I come here a lot, sometimes multiple times a day, everyone inside are great, Hunter, Desmond, Kyle, Nicole, Don, Doug, Bob and Ted, all super helpful and super cool, Rick and Chris are also great. I recommend them to anyone doing home improvement projects.
Not great shipping. It was shipped by freight and therefore took considerably longer than expected. Although this was the shipping companies fault. The shipper (MBS) should take some responsibility in choosing that freight carrier. My order was over a week delayed from the expected delivery date and when I reached out to MBS they said contact the shipping company. I said "I did" and they never responded and were no further help.
Should of switched to this place years ago. The staff is personable. My new sales rep does a great job. Friendly, courteous, can’t say enough good things!
