Contractor sales for windows, siding and roofing. Great customer service. They also have a cabinet design area with a good selection of cabinet brands that are good quality.

We had purchased a whole house of Polaris windows. Had a handful of hiccups with delays, which was normal with the pandemic and construction boom. Although it’s been a challenge getting them to follow up and fix the quality issues with a couple of our windows. I have to keep sending them emails to remind them they forgot to follow up and replace the ripped screen, or add the part that was not shipped with the window. They eventually came out to fix the issues and a new issue popped up and recommended I not use the window until it’s fixed. I didn’t mind, but now it weeks later and no one has contacted me about when they will be back to fix it. It gets old when you have to constantly remind a company a products needing repaired that’s new.

They did make it out and now we have all our windows in working order. Thanks!
