My fireplace is awesome. They let me know my gas line was bad, put a new one in and gas ventless logs in the same week after my initial appointment. They did an awesome job. The fireplace transformed my basement. Thank you so much BOB&BOB:)

This company as an absolute joke. I made arrangements to make sure someone was home three days in a row. The first two days he rescheduled after he was supposed to be here. Today he never showed again. When I finally got ahold of him he says he completely forgot. Told him I know longer want his service and he hung up on me. Save yourself the trouble and just find someone else. Literally ANYONE else. Hell I bought my own chimney sweep so you could call me and I bet I’d do a better job.
