First time there. Didn't really know what to get so I got the Moe Monday special. It was really good & a big discount compared to what it would normally cost. Didn't take long to get our food either.

This place is amazing! Huge portions of food coming in at a low price. So much drink options, and so much salsa choices. The customer service is amazing and the food is INCREDIBLE. So, much better than Chipotle at every standard! Defientely will eat here again!

Welcome to Moe's! I was pleased they said it on this visit. I've been to this location multiple times as it is right across from my hotel. It's been hit or miss, so consistency isn't always the same. I've walked in and nobody said, "Welcome to Moe's", which is what I expect. I've had really great quality value meals, I've had okay meals. I've had really great quality service, I've had very slow frustrating service. Overall, for the price and quality I really like making a bowl because I always get chips so I can use my bowl as a 'chip dip' experience'. This visit was no different. I usually get full halfway through and have leftovers for a second meal which makes the price and value definitely worth while. On my most recent visit I ate the entire bowl and was completely stuffed. (regret) The restaurant was clean and the line was also clean and well stocked. They were obviously trying to pre-close for a quick departure but clearly still busy with online orders and walk in guests. Service was a bit slow because of online orders, but they were definitely friendly where previous visits were hit and miss. The food was absolutely delicious and worth returning in the cycle of local quick service restaurants for lunch or dinner. I hate making reference but so many 'Karen's' comment on my business about staff not wearing masks. They don't wear masks, I don't care but if you do than find a different location. I will 100% be returning when I got that 'Moe's' craving in the quick service food options. Like so many businesses right now I can only imagine they are facing employee shortages, which is understandable. I notice they were using different bowls and wrapping to-go orders with foil because NOBODY can get stock on supplies due to our horrible government letting ships sit in the sea without unloading. God forbid we make products in our own country. Aside the point, I will return as a regular customer and maintain points through the Moe's app. Moe's offers a different quick service taste and option to 'bowls and burritos' via the competition. 4-star for sure, 5-star would emulate faster service with just a little bit more to offer.

Have tried this place a couple of times over the years, to see if maybe I caught them on a bad day, and its always the same. Wife got a burrito with white meat chicken, it was cold, and flavorless. I got the "homewrecker" burrito bowl, it had two small table spoons of guacamole on the top of it, which would be fine, if not for the upcharge for it. Got steak, which was gray.it was hot atleast, but had ZERO seasoning, it tasted like nothing. Somehow those two items, a little thing of queso, and a drink; were over 30 dollars. The tables were dirty, bathroom was dirty, only one drink machine worked, no ice. The chips, and salsa were really good, though. The food was so bland, neither of us finished our meals, and just tossed them. It wasn't worth saving. The food 100% WAS NOT worth the price.

I will never again in life so disgusting I ordered steak burrito I don't know what kind of meat that was in that burrito but it wasn't beef not sirloin or and steak I've ever had whatever mystery meat they using and passing it off as steak please stop its horrible I threw my food in trash money wasted should've just ordered Chipotle

I had to wait 45 minutes for my order that was supposed to take 15 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. Boyfriend's burrito didn't have the queso we paid extra for. Food was very mediocre. First time visiting and we definitely won't be back.

Got the queso tacos, they were pretty good. Compared to chipotle it's about even, Moe's gives you chips and salsa for free with your order so that's nice.

First off, the place is not clean. Non of the tables were wiped off, and the "line" was very dirty. The food looked even worse and all the meat had been sitting there for a while, because there was a crust over the top. I had the Homewrecker bowl and the chicken was very dry and old, the rice was hard, and the beans were crusty. The famous queso here was watery and tasteless, but people are still ordering it from here. Another thing, the chips from this location are very old. They are hard and some are even doused in a salt mine, they are disgusting. Even with all this bad they are packing them in here until the people get there food at least. It won't be long for them to get a true rating here. All I can say is good luck!

Horrible place location has no manners or respect for customers with their attitude will stick with chipotle much better value also $21 for a small bowl and stacker that was tastless

Very disappointed with Moe's. First no ice in the machine, only one machine worked, employees were fighting the whole time, stale and chewy chips, and flavor less food. Never will go back to this place again.

Gave us 2 scoops of rice and and almost a half scoop of everything else. Was VERY dirty. Then asked for a tip. My food has never looked like this from here. Never will I buy from here again and I will spreading the word.

So horrible. They are rude. No welcome. Didn’t know how to wrap a burrito. No ice. Almost options working on soda machine. Iced tea was empty. Never again.

This place certainly has potential. Many things in disrepair. Employees say things have been out of service for months. Including the drink machines. One works but no ice. The front door slams very loudly and shakes the adjoining booths. Employees said it’s because of the arm being broken. Restrooms very dirty. When ordering the employee informed me he’d rather not be working today and offered for me to trade clothes and come make my own meal. Over heard employees talking about going to work for Subway. Management and the employees need a rework.

Tried to go for lunch today, but paper signs taped to the front door say they're out of rice, adobo chicken and cookies. Don't care about the cookies, but rice and chicken? Can't someone run to the grocery store or a nearby Moe's to get some?

Food cold, no ice for drinks, hair in salsa, tables dirty, one girl helped us other ran to the back we didnt even eat

Food was terrible! Burrito bowls cold, peppers were dried out and in a big hunk. The content of the bowls were wrong, cold old chewy chips and no salsa. Too expensive for terrible food. I even tipped online.

Needs a completely new management team and employee training with more personnel. Dining room filthy. Every table dirty. Food under table and on floor. Ran out of trays because no one was collecting them from the dining room or washing dishes. Food old and not properly replenished. Pinto beans dried crust on top. Ran out of black beans on line. Green peppers badly sliced and going slimy. Ground beef crust on top. Burrito bowl badly filled and short on food shortage on line and lack of training for assembly of food. As an experienced restaurant manager I'd need $40,000 a year and a $1000 signing bonus to go in and fix everything.
