Moe's Southwest Grill, Mentor OH

Been a while since I've eaten at a Moe's. I won't wait so long nxt time. Employees were really nice & food tasted great. I added sooo much to it he couldn't close the tinfoil without another piece. Don't forget they include chips on ur tray & have a free salsa bar.

Vary small portions of stake! In the bowl should have gone to a different place food look old in the container. Money was refunded. Manager vary nice! Suppliers need improvement.

We always receive friendly service at this Moe’s location. The food is fresh and yummy and served with a smile. No matter how busy they are they try to greet every customer with a nice shout out.

Absolutely love the staff at this location! I visited on 4/28/22 and they were all super friendly and personable! Brought me over my food and ran out to bring me the chips and queso I accidentally forgot before I left! They go above and beyond, I have always gotten the best service at this location! Highly recommend them!

I had placed an order online and had thought I had placed it for this restaurant since I have only gone to this store. Being a new mom, with little sleep and adjusting going back work, I didn't realize that I had placed my order at a different store. I was embarrassed! However, the staff was kind and whipped up my order in no time! I was floored by their kindness and timelines by getting my order ready and me out the door so I can enjoy my lunch break. I'll always return to this location.

Had the ground beef burrito bowl. The meat was over seasoned and everything else was tasteless. It was almost nauseating. I ate it because it was food but surely dreaded every bite. I always loved coming here but this time was not a good experience.

Boxes all over tables limiting spaces to sit, out of cookies that were supposed to come with a kids meal, with no other options to replace, out of ice, broken tables, trash can overflowing with no other option, but to pile up trays, dirty tables. I will never eat here again!

Friendly greetings and helpful staff. Didn't care for some of the flavorings or the salsa bar. Adequate portions and tortillas included.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I got food poisoning from this place. No flavor, bad proportions, and lots of cross-contamination. This place is not suitable for children more or less the elderly. The workers were very rude and provided no help. Avoid at all costs.

1st time there, rice was undercooked, hard as a rock, food was bland tasting and over priced! Great service tho.

It has its own quirks over it's competition. Food tastes fresh, and was prepared in a typical, timely manner, as would be expected in such environment. Its not the best tasting food out there, but it definitely is above par when you factor in the quality of food from other fast food franchises.

Huge bowls compared to chipotle and more options. Don't get me wrong I like chipotle too but Moe's is very good. They give you a generous portion of chips on the side. The worst part is filling the tiny salsa cups. They offer several meat options and vegetarian and vegan as well.

The people working behind the counter were vaping inside the store. One person took off his hat and adjusted it and put it back on then proceeded to make food without washing his hands. And worst of all we found a hair in our food. Do not recommended it and we probably wont go back again.

Great value and true commitment to customer satisfaction. I was a once-a-week Chipotle person but I thought I would try Moe's for a change. My first meal at Moe's did not meet my expectations but the manager promptly offered me a complimentary meal in reparations. Moe's doesn't just talk about customer satisfaction they deliver it. Food quality and portions so much better than Chipotle's. I'm a convert. Steak is fabulous. Worth a try.

Love this location! The owner is very Personable and The employees give great customer service as well. The food was all fresh and delicious. A+ in my book!

Moes has been great during the pandemic they are open and very clean and have amazing food. The local chipotle is always closed or online only and the food is terrible
