Moe's Southwest Grill, Mayfield Heights OH

Been going to this Moe's for a couple years after the one on Warrensville Center (closer to me) closed. However, I am really going to think twice about going there again. I have had nothing but excellent food and service in the past. Being vegan there are not that many casual food places I can count on to provide good food without the meat protein - but Moe's always came thru. Until this last meal earlier this week. The rice was so salty it was basically inedible for me. I maintain a low salt diet and after just three or four bits of the vegan bowl I ordered I could not eat more. The whole thing is still in my fridge and will probably make it to the trash tomorrow unless I can figure out what to do with it. Called the location - they will let the owner know. Sent through a review on the app and let them know about the poor quality. No response. So sorry this happened but once burned twice shy. There is a new taco place that is further way that I can use.

Honestly I’ve been skeptical of any Mexican fast food but I just got rice bowl the other day and it was one of the best I’ve had in a long time from moes. Everything tasted super fresh. I’d go back again

Store was not very clean. Restrooms were worse. One of our bowls had uncooked rice, the other was really good. Chips had no flavor. Drink station was partially down but coke machine was working well. Staff was very polite!

Charged for double when I didn't ask for double meat and tried to arugues it. Gave my wife half portions and the child burrito the size of a thumb. Not worth it anymore. I feel not welcome to Moe's. Lame

Earlier this year we came in when they shut down the mentor moes. About 4 hours after eating here I got the absolute worst food poisoning of my life and had to be rushed to the emergency room, had to get a cat scan and I they told me I was one of the worst cases of food poisoning they’ve ever seen. Honestly wish I filed a report against the establishment but I had to stay over a day at hillcrest and they told me I had to stay up to 6 more hours to get blood tests done and see the results on what exact types of food poisoning I got but I was already so exhausted. Worst experience of my life and I genuinely looked like a zombie and felt like I was gonna die lol. Seeing as there’s still reviews about people getting food poisoning here hopefully it gets shut down

Came there with my husband and orders two steak bowls. The food was not fresh at all and made us sick for days. This establishment have really went down hill and the workers act like they can care less if you visit the establishment and your bother them by wanting to place an order.

I've been going to Moe's southwestern for years. So imagine my surprise when I went to one that actually added.you know.flavor. I have been lied to this entire time! I would rate the other Moe's A one star if they didn't all permanently shut down.

I felt extremely uncomfortable today. I went into Moe’s and all of the associates looked at me before I ordered anything as if I did something to them. They all looked miserable working there had bad attitudes. I didn’t even get a few things I would have liked on my bowl because I felt so uncomfortable and wanted to get out of there. The lady at the register was extremely rude as well. She had a attitude because I told her I was paying for my food with a birthday reward. I don’t understand why it’s a big issue when Moe’s gave it to me and it’s not coming out her low budget paycheck. Then, when she scanned my reward she didn’t say anything she just handed me my food. But when 2 white ladies came behind me she was super nice and even told them to help themselves at the salsa bar. SMH I don’t know what their problem is and the food was okay that’s why I just rated it 2 stars. I’m not sure I will go to this Moe’s anymore.
