Molina Healthcare of Ohio

Molina is the worst, Aunt is 93 years old was recommended by doctor and physical therapist to receive a new wheelchair. All of necessary paperwork was completed and signed. Melina denied new chair, current chair is very old and not adequite for her physical issues. Do not sign with Molina. I will be registering our complain to state of Ohio.

Molina is the worst insurance you could possibly have. There is a reason why the reviews are bad. I should have listened to the warnings to stay away from Molina. The only think you can count on Molina to do do is deny treatment, deny medication and let you suffer. It does not matter if you pay your premiums, it doesn't matter how much you pay. Absolutely terrible insurance, terrible customer service. Having Molina is like not having medical insurance but still paying $550 a month for nothing.

I get to change.my insurance in 3 months! I cannot wait to do this. I've called so many times, and after giving all my information out. I get hung up on. This has happened 3× and they don't even call me back. When I have called to ask a question they avt as if I'm bothering them, and they could careless about what's going on! The worst part is it has been so hard to find someone who except molina Healthcare insurance.

Folks if you have a death wish - sign up for Molina Healthcare! While the CEO lives in his penthouse suite on Park Avenue in New York - the insured suffer abuse and neglect to fund his 22 plus million a year salary! Molina is the worst insurance company ever! If you have a choice find a different company to have insurance with! All the case and care mangers know is to find a way to deny services and cut hours. This is neglect and abuse! It is time that we all come together and find an a law firm to file a class action suit against them! Stay away from Molina if you want some quality of life! If you have Medicare don't allow Molina to manage it - keep control so Molina doesn't! Molina only hires "unemployables" (people that can't get jobs in the real world). They are the bottom of the barrel at getting situations corrected! File complaints with your state's Medicaid office, and department of insurance. If you have an investigative reporter at your local news station talk to them about running a story. Also contact your state reps and let them know how bad Molina is and ask them to file complaints. Enough is enough!

I placed an order from a drug catalog. The order was accepted. It was 10 days ago, but I didn’t receive my order, now I checked the order, there is no balance, no medicines. There was a bummer on your site.

Don't ever get Molina! They are garbage, and when you need them most! Don't waste your time getting the headaches they will give you!

My wife's company just changed to Molina, I'm a diabetic and have been without my meds now for 8 days and have been very dizzy and Shakey, Molina won't authorize My meds, my doctor is not in their social circle. I have to have my meds authorized by a new doctor in their circle and they won't see me for another 7 weeks. What am I supposed to do?

Just found out our doctor is refusing to schedule any more clients that have Molina since they have not paid their bills! Good show, Molina! Can I do that too?

I haven't tried many other insurances but I can say without a doubt that Molina is one of the absolute worst you can choose. Throughout the entire last year they did everything in their power to ensure they didn't have to cover the cost of anything. Whether it be refusing to cover meds they didn't prefer or visits to urgent cares their app said was in network, they make it all the harder by outsourcing their customer service to call centers in other countries. Looking back at 2022 I can't even tell you anything they did cover other than a few miscellaneous one time prescriptions. If you value your sanity and actually want to receive coverage on the cost of your healthcare don't even think about Molina.

If I could give a negative number of stars I would!
I have tried a number of times to reach a provider services rep and have literally spent hours on hold and have been transferred to wrong people and even a fax line. This is by far one of the worst insurance companies to try to talk to and get anyone helpful on the line!

To be frank, Molina is outright terrible. They are not a Healthcare provider. They don't provide, they don't care. They take your money and it's a pain to get in contact with them. You will be hung up on and ignored. And the weird thing is it's not the people that are the problem but the service. They assign you to the wrong type of doctor, doctor's that have had their practice shut down, etc. Navigating their service is straight up abysmal. Molina owes me a refund and they've been extremely avoidant. I've never felt the urge to take up legal action before but now's a good time to learn since Molina is outright putting people at risk with their incompetencey. I guess that's a positive, they'll push you to things you didn't think you could do, or maybe just another Healthcare provider.

I reached out to Molina after they responded, and as expected it was an empty way to try and save face and they did not respond at all. Please do not get Molina, I don't want any others to be put into a worse spot like myself, all the reviews here, and countless others. You can see the empty copy-and-pastings for each response to a negative, truthful review.
Put simply dealing with Molina is exactly like dealing with a narcissist: no support, no accountability, empty promises, dismissive, etc.
Toxicity like this you do not work with because they are incapable as they are unwilling to work with you, instead you cut them off.
I sincerely hope Molina gets seen for what it truly is and gets shut down so more innocent people don't suffer worse fates.

I have the dual Molina just recently. I cannot find a primary care doctor. I called so many all day and they don't take Molina. I got the names from the book. I also called and spoke to customer service and they couldnt find one either. This is crazy. I always heard Molina was terrible, now I see. I need prescription refills and can't get them.

One of the worst. I think molina should hire Uber or lift instead of those drivers. I spent my whole day at the hospital waiting for transportation.
