This was my first time seeing Dr Mondary and I was very pleased with the entire experience. Dr Mondary was very pleasant, very informative and answered all of my questions. I never felt put off or rushed.

Personally dont feel like these doctors care enough for women who are pregnant an i refuse to give them the privilege to deliever my baby. Carins was very rude in her own way today as i had no choice but to see her. But if you wonder if this place will be any different for you i would recommend mondary she more concern an caring for you an your baby then anyone in this office. Staff is great though i will say that.

Honestly, I've been going here for about 3 or 4 years and the drs have always been pretty good. The midwife that was there delivered my baby and she was amazing. My biggest issue was honestly with the office workers there. I have never had such horrible customer service from the billing department. Not only was she extremely rude and utterly unhelpful, but she actually acted in such a poor and unprofessional manner in front of guests and other workers there. The front desk receptionist has always been kind, and apologized twice. But after being told that maybe I should have paid my bill on time with no understanding of financial struggles of any kind. Needless to say I will not be going back. Julie from the billing department, I honestly hope you get fired so you never ever talk to anyone in such a way. Absolutely horrible and digusting.

I've been going here for a couple years, mostly just for yearly checkups. Last time I waited 45 minutes PAST my scheduled appointment time for my appointment. Then I had to call back as there was an issue with my prescription and they put me on hold, after 10 minutes they still hadn't picked up. FIND SOMEONE WHO VALUES YOUR TIME because the staff here does not.

I literally will refuse to go anywhere else. Yes, they are nonstop busy, yes it is hard to get ahold of them sometimes but they are just a few women literally taking care of thousands of us. Cairns is absolutely fantastic. She’s straight and to the point and Mondary is sweet and endearing. They were so great during my pregnancy and my follow up and explained everything. I couldn’t ask for a better group of women to care for me and my girl.

I hate I even gave them one star, I just got back in town & I tried to book an appointment & they told me the doctor put a note in the system claiming I couldn’t be seen. I asked if I was able to speak to the doctor the lady told me
No & hung up in my face. I’ve been to this doctors office multiple times & I’ve never had any problems with the doctors

I had to leave before I was examined, year the billed my insurance as if I had been serviced. They also sent me a bill. I have tried nearly everyday for a week to reach them and always get the out of office message.

I left and went elsewhere. Canceled multiple appts and it has gone down hill over the last few years. Now have loads of tests done with the new doctors because they are shocked that these tests were never done with my history.

I am BEYOND tired of this place. I get a call saying my next three month prescription would be on it’s way (I thought this was strange because I was supposed to make an appointment for my yearly check up to get my script refilled), THEN i get an email a few days later saying they can’t fill it and it’s time to make my appointment. I now have a one month supply of birth control left. I’ve called multiple times since their lunch break was supposed to end (1: 00 PM), but the secretary hasn’t turned the phone back on. It’s almost 3: 00 now, and the offices close at 4: 00. I guess I can just try again on Monday. On top of all this, every time I DO go in, and explain my menstrual issues to Dr. Mondary, they get brushed off as “normal” when they are anything but. This will be the last time I go through Dr. Mondary.

I've been a patient of Dr Cairns and mondary for 14 years now, they have been very very open to me for anything I asked and given clear information, last year i found out I was pregnant thru Dr Cairns it was a shocking for me treated me the same as they treated me 14 years ago, until I met Shipman she made my life hell from the moment I met her, log story short she freaked me out about my lab work on the fetus the first time I was in sheet panic attacked after worried non stop n stressing myself out the last time I saw her was when she rudely didn't prepare me for the fetus tests for genetic that day was the worst of my life also the same day I received a bad news in the office, Dr Cairns and mondary both came in and just tried their best to comfort me knowing how bad I wanted another baby they both held me and just cried with me never seen a doctor or doctors break and cry with a patient in my life I really appreciate them, after that went back for check up I told Dr Cairns no matter what appointment I have with her or Monday I will prefer to see one of them I DO NOT want to see SHIPMAN! I also said if both are not in the office but her I will reschedule my appointment I don't care! Both of them understood and accept my request! I really appreciate Dr Cairns and mondary they are the best doctors I ever got but Shipman no I call her the death angel she had no idea how much pain and hurt she cause me few weeks before I lost my baby never will be in the same room as her ever again! End my rant and I suggest to see either Cairns or mondary but it's your choice I prefer them never had any problems I love both of those woman!

If I could give them a zero star review I would. Normally I don't leave reviews especially if they are bad but first of all Dr. Cairns has absolutely no bed side manor what so ever. Every visit I have had there nobody knocks on the door before entering your room so when your changing they just barge in and anyone in the hallway can see you changing. She's very rude and short, doesn't give you the time of day if you have any questions or concerns. She's in and out in 2 seconds. As a patient I shouldnt have to go home and do research because you dont want to explain anything. Also, if you call in to the office with any problems they are pretty much impossible to get ahold of, you have to call several times because just leaving them a message they don't return any calls and if they do its a week later. This is literally the worst Doctor I have ever been too! I work in healthcare so I understand how busy it is but some things are just pure ignorance and acting unprofessional.
