Recently shopped around and Monica had the cheapest insurance of many companies, including one I had been with for many years! We recently made some family changes and they again beat everyone in price! Super easy process always, and Mary is always very helpful! Even better is that they have an office in town!

I've never dealt with a more unprofessional, poorly managed "agency" in my life. If you want to be debited unauthorized amounts, lack of accountability for numerous mistakes, and patronizing tone hidden under the psuedo-guise of politeness then please, have at it. If you like being told to call back 3 days in a row because your agent is "busy", please have at it. You already have to pay a lot for insurance, I suggest paying for an agent and company that isn't inept and incompetent. I canceled my service due to their incompetency and their next screw up was literally renewing my policy.

I gave it 1 star because 0 wasn't an option.
