Terrible team! My dad went there to fix his transmission for ford 2 months ago and they never fix it.call there many times about the status of the car but they keep lying and making excuse that i did not accept, so we got it move to a different facility.i would not recommend me of going there to get, transmission or engine fix intil i see a better team at that facility.

Poor customer service! Since I scheduled an appointment with them, and when timelyarrived, they not found me in their system, and did not provide me a reasonable alternative, eventought I have drived for about 20 minutes and arrived on time. They don't care about their customers.

Wow! Pulled in with a flat tire that couldn’t be repaired and they did not have the correct size in stock. As we were unable to wait due to an urgent appointment, they put our spare tire on and refused to take any payment. Honest and respectable! All of this during the COV19 crisis. Thank you!

Stopped in for an alignment.was told that my front tires were cupped and needed to replaced. Also I needed new struts on my car which is 4 years old with 58000 miles.totally almost $1,000 I went to another place and they ordered a kit and fix the problem for $325. I had just about two weeks before had a new tire put on and my tires rotated at my normal shop so that made no sense to me about the cupping.
On our way skiing, we noticed our tire was low, in which we stopped to Monroe in Sharonville.they were to get us in quickly and find our tire to get the cause of the leak within a few minutes. The cause was a metal screw that Chris was quickly able to remove and patch. Chris did an amazing job and we were in and out in minutes.
We will definitely go back again when needed.
We have been coming here for years. We will never step foot back in here again. This isn't the first time they lied about work they did. They lied about what they did and left our vehicle unsafe to drive. Then when we asked for a refund to take it somewhere else the manager said they don't do refunds and have to call corporate. This place has gone downhill since its changed management.
Absolutely fantastic staff, I have visited multiple times for issues with my car and was always assisted in a prompt manner, no complaints on service whatsoever and have had all of my issues resolved, this is the only place I completely trust on servicing my car and will continue to visit.

This is my go to service center. Personally, as a woman, i felt more relaxed talking with Deana. She was very attentive to my car service needs and wasn't trying to offer additional add-on services. Pricing was reasonable and staff real easy to work with. Wait wasn't bad at all. Maybe an hour and 15 minutes for new tires, brakes, rotors and a brake system flush!
I went to get an alignment after replacing the upper control arms on my explorer. I had a certified Ford mechanic who is my friend put them on for me. He says get an alignment because you will notice some swaying because it's not straight. I took it in and even after the did they claimed to do alignment, it is still swaying. They only adjusted 1 part of a 3 part alignment. I asked for a refund. They claim it can only be done at the corporate level.
Then the manager says this to me:
"Based on the paperwork we provided you. The job was done correctly. You don't have grounds to ask for a refund. "
If it was done why is my vehicle still swaying left and right? The new management has ruined this shop. The manager acted as if he was annoyed that I said it wasn't done correctly.
This is not the first issue I have had. I did and oil change on my other car and paid the extra for a tire rotation. They didn't do it. I had to take it back and have them redo it. They asked if I was sure it wasn't done. I knew the rear tire has more tread than the front. That's why I wanted them rotated. To put the better tires on a front wheel drive vehicle.
I called corporate yesterday and no called back. I will be calling again and everyday until I talk to someone.
Shannon and the Team at this location are AWESOME. No one else will work on my cars again but him! Friendly and fast service-good to finally find a shop I can trust for my cars and all my daughters cars!
This is the shadiest store in all of Cincinnati. The really really obese guy with the breathing problems Is the most untrustworthy jaba you could ever find. And the Tech who shows pictures of Chris Kyle and says that's him is the worst fraud of them all. He can't fix anything correctly and he is abusive to the other staff. He smells of alcohol and dips constantly, spitting everywhere. What clowns they are.
Wow is all I can say about service! Dieana and Ged got me right in and we're upfront and honest and more then fair on pricing. Repair was done quickly and back on the road. Formerly a tire discounter customer and no longer!
Bad experience, on Monro website it says with conventional oil change there is free tire rotation.but the guy on desk said we do not do that.so I did not get it. They are suppose to do all fluid check in vehicle but they dont do it, when I said to check transmission fluid the guy lied and said you already passed time to change the fluid.worst customer experience.
