I would definitely recommend this place for auto repairs. They're are experienced and they don't take long. Polite, professional, and knowledgeable.

I'm from out of town visiting on a scouting trip. On the way up apparently my axle broke. I called Saturday morning they were able to get me in replace the axle and the other damage all on Saturday. Anthony and team were extremely helpful and kind. Very glad as that type of service is hard to find today.

For when I walked into when I walked out the person was so nice I was in and out for an oil change and great prices

I scheduled an oil change and air filter check. It only took about 30 minutes to complete the changes. They showed me what the filters looked like before they told me the total price, which I appreciated.

Told my wife 200 change light bulb said they have take off the bumper its two screws fom the wheel well cover took two-minutes light bulb 17 dollars

The most professional and courteous service I've ever received at a service shop. Jim the GM, Nate the assistant, and Jim the technician were fantastic to work with and got me in right away, took care of my needs and got me back on the road with ample time to enjoy the rest of my day off. Will be returning for all my future service needs. They earned a lifetime customer with me!

I don’t even know where to start with my experience with Monro Service Center because I’m just floored by my experience. These guys went over and beyond for me today, and I’m forever grateful for them. I have been in town working all week, and literally as I was getting ready to make my eight and a half hour drive home I noticed that my vehicle was overheating. Just so happened I saw Monro Service Center from a short distance. I talked with Jim about everything, and he said that he will get someone to look at my vehicle immediately. Within, a few minutes Jim came to me and told me it was my radiator. I was in relief that they took me right in, but then I started to panic again by asking him if they could fix it today. Literally, not thinking that they would be able to with my luck. However, Jim was very quick to say “yes sir” we will get right to work so you can get on the road home. Within, a couple of hours I was on my way home and again I’m just so grateful and thankful for the team at Monro Service. I know without a doubt if I lived in the Toledo area I would solely use this location for all my vehicle needs. I will always remember what these guys did for me, and I will give them the highest recommendation! Thanks for everything Jim and team!

My car was overheating and luckily I happened to pull in. Nate, a technician, raced out to help me. He immediately got me in. I had a coolant leak and he helped more than I could have ever expected someone to! He was empathetic, kind, and has done an incredible job. I very much felt respected, appreciated and cared for here. I will now be choosing Monro Muffler on Monroe for all of my cars needs! 10/10 service, will be recommending!

I can't say how appreciative I am of this business. Nate and Jim are very patient, and take the time to explain what you don't know. After getting prices on brakes, and checking around, these guys were less expensive than all the other quotes. I was able to come in same day, and they even checked around DURING the repair and found parts cheaper, and lowered the cost for me. They actually seem to care about their profession, and I'd say that's pretty rare in any job.

Couldn’t be happier with the service. Manager Julius went out of his way to get everything done right and done quick. Very professional.

The gentleman there did fast, honest work, notified me of a needed repair, within an hour the part was delivered and I was on my way.

I want to share that I had great service here before I left for vacation they were able to get me in for a tire rotation and was able to detect a nail in my tire plugged it with no charge I even tipped them because of the outstanding service thank you to the gentleman running that desk I was able to take my trip with ease knowing I didn't have a nail in my tire noticed a slow leak had I not gotten in so promptly I would have never know anything could have happened thank you and highly recommend

Great, friendly and knowledgeable team that will give you all the info you need and won't charge you unless they actually do work on your car. They go above and beyond expectations!
