This place used to be awful! With the new manager Nate, I refuse to go anywhere else. The environment is great and the people here really make you feel welcome. They are incredibly transparent and helpful

Every time I come here, I get excellent service and friendly help! They truly care about the customer in a way that is hard to find from auto shops these days. The manager is the shining star of that place, and as a woman, I didn’t feel put down or belittled by him for not knowing much about my car. Whatever this guy is making, he deserves a raise!

A shop full of gentleman that really know their stuff! I've been taking my cars around them since highschool and have never had a bad experience! Infact I've always walked out very impressed with their manners and skill set!

I called to get an alignment Quote told me 135 I said you didn’t ask my car is that a 2 wheel or a 4 wheel alignment and they said it’s the same price. Honestly never heard something so ridiculous I did enjoy the laugh tho

I recently took my Toyota FJ Crusier in to this location for a full service oil/filter change. While not real familiar with this model of Toyota, the professional staff quickly familiarized themselves with location of filters, offered me great discounts as a Military family and did an excellent job of completing the job quickly! Very pleased indeed and will definitely be a return customer! Thank you!

They were willing to get me in asap. Workers were great, very polite. Just got a simple oil change.

New store manager Jeffrey (rehire) openly treats the employees very poorly and steals cash from the business and surprisingly nothing has been done about it. Though this is why he was let go the first time too because he was taking money. They get their parts from local parts stores and charge a 200%+ markup which is 3-4x what you can get it for yourself two blocks down the road. If I could leave 0 stars I would, please go to any other local business that isn’t this place. You’ll get better service and better pricing.

Used to be the assistant manager here and wouldn’t recommend going to this place to anyone I know anymore. Jeffrey doesn’t know what he’s doing and steals money from the business while blaming it on other employees and wrongfully terminating them. I’ll be surprised if this place doesn’t have a lawsuit by the end of the year with him running the show. Go anywhere else in town, you’d be less likely to get screwed over and you’d be treated better.

I absolutely love Monroe especially Nate he is amazing very professional and fast! He is very detailed and service with him is awesome! Keep up the great work Nate! I will never have anyone touch my car but him! Thanks Nate!

Got an oil change there. The girl at the front desk was super nice. Good price fast service.

Found out they let the front desk girl go on her day off and gave her job to another person. What kind of of treatment is this for Exceptional employees! I will not return to this establishment again if they treat the good employees this way.

After taking my car their to have it worked on, I found out the girl at the front desk was fired on her day off and replaced. Such a phenomenal employee. When you treat employees poorly, I can only imagine how customers are treated. Me nor my family will be returning to Monro Muffler for service. Seems like a terrible employer

I get all of my oil changes done here and they always do a great job. Lexi and Nate are always super helpful, and so is Jim the manager. All around great staff!

I brought my truck in and they fixed it. Their mechanics went above and beyond to help me fix my truck. Amazing customer service friendly people and would recommend them to anybody needing work done on their vehicle.

How could they have such wrong people to work there ine just got a charge for gross imposition and they rig stuff up to get the car out and wromg to treat employees wrong for no raises and harsh management they dont care about there employees

My Grandson told me to go to Monro Auto Service and Tire Center. After looking at my Buick, they told me the suspension was bad. My wife dropped the vehicle off, and they took a look at it. They gave me estimates as well as told me my best options. I really appreciate the how candid Jim and Lexi were when it came to the work that my vehicle needed. I recommend this place to everyone

I’ve been taking my personal and company vehicles (total of 7) to Monro Defiance for the last 5 years - Jim and Nate have always done great work. Whether it’s an oil change or power steering rack replacement, they always ensure the job is done right. They are also our go to location when we need new tires or tire repairs.
