I showed up without an appointment due to a flat tire. Mike was awesome! He helped me out and was knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. I had never been to Monro before, but I will now definitely be a return customer.

Man Chris is all around THE guy you want helping you. This man walked me through everything wrong with my tires and how we were going to get everything on track! Very calm, personable, and you can tell he is a good guy outside the workplace as well! Will continue to use Monro off montgomery!

After going to two local dealerships with no success getting a serious issue diagnosed I went to the local Monroe for an oil change and they found the problem right away. My new landcruiser had both front struts blown and was very unstable during interstate driving. That vehicle now has over 100,000 miles. My wife had a battery die locally during a snow storm in February. By the time I was able to get her acura to them it was ten minutes before closing time. They were happy to stay late and change out the battery which on that vehicle is not a simple procedure.
Whatever the issue on our family vehicles the first call I make is to Chris at the Monroe in old Montgomery. I have recommended them to many friends and have never heard a bad thing from anybody.

I love Monro! Their service is always fantastic and they get you taken care of right away. They are also very reasonably priced.

Had my oil changed today and it was quick and Josh was very friendly and helpful. I will be back and will tell all my friends and family that they should go to monro in Montgomery

Excelent customer service. I was in a tight spot and needed a new tier. Due to the fact i got there upon opening, and a no show i was in and out in under an hour with a good tier and a fare price. Keep it up

The guy who schedules appointments doesnt really know how to do customer service appropriately. He answers the phone asking for a name and then when you tell him its like he forgot he asked for your name. I had planned to do errands in this part of town and haven't been to this location in about 5 years. That was a hassle. I dont know appropriate mechanic lingo and I had to be corrected on that. Hassle number two. It shouldn't be hard to schedule a simple oil change and tire rotation. I'll continue to not go to this location for another 5 years if need be and maybe theyll have a better customer service by then.

Ben and his crew are fantastic! Very kind and informative helping me understand what my vehicle needed. Also preformed the repairs at a reasonable price and got it done the same day!

My wife has had her car serviced by Monro and has been very happy with the customer service and work. So, when my older car recently broke down, I had it towed to Monro. The team was very helpful and responsive. Unfortunately, the engine on my '06 Charger had seized and the cost of repair would have exceeded its value. Ben and the Monro team were still very helpful and flexible, working with me as I made arrangements to have my old car donated. I'll be taking my new car to be serviced at Monro!
