Really quick and helpful. They also made sure they could help me with the right tire even before I came in.

We are new to the area and I had a flat tire. Austin was very welcoming, professional and honest about the time needed to fix it and he double checked to be sure the tire was good to go before I left. I know where I'll be coming with my next tire and other car needs!

My father went there while I was out of town. They got a repair "done" but then the repair ending up putting my family in danger, the car was not road worthy. I would not recommended going to these guys for anything short of an oil change, and even then why give business to a business that cares more about making money, than taking care of you and your family. If i could give them zero stars i would.

I came to the area visiting family. My vehicle started messing up on me, and was leaking fluid all over the place. They told me where all my leaks where coming from and help solve the problem. Very friendly service as well.

I got a flat tire today, Memorial Day 2019. I went to Monro Auto Service: 594 Woodman Drive, Shop 486.
I received excellent service. Randall was extremely light hearted and knowledgeable. He was able to get me out of there quickly. I would highly recommend going here for your automobile needs! Thanks again and keep up the good work!

Randall is amazing! I was having a very rough day and had possible vandalism done to my car. He was completely understanding and genuinely nice. He gave me great advice and told me about similar experiences that he had been through. He's an amazing guy with a big heart, passion and honesty. If I were his boss I'd give him one hell of a raise! Where do I start? I have recently had the worst experience ever since Randle left the Monro on Dorothy Lane. Randle is past amazing he has amazing customer service skills and always goes above and beyond to help you with your vehicle. He is very HONEST and knows what he’s doing. Now that he is at a new store I am making it my business to visit this store for all my car needs

Today was my 2nd time visiting Monro Auto Service shop. They were good the first time, and great the second. They have different people working and they were great. They are very informative about autos and repair. They make you feel comfortable and at ease. It didn't take a long time for my repairs. They were friendly and they appear to work well together. I would gladly take my car there again for service.

If you need tires, or just help figuring out what’s wrong with your car this is the place to go. Great prices and very knowledgeable employees, always a pleasure getting work done here. A+ in my book keep up the good work.

Brought my car in for an oil change. The manager and the other employee there were very helpful to someone who knows little about cars! Very relatable as well as professional. Definitely would recommend and WILL be back!

I had the most amazing experience with this shop. They helped me out in a pinch, considering I didn’t know any shops around the area. They were honest, and worked with me on leaving my car there for a bit. I would recommend them to anyone, and will DEFINITELY be coming back to them with any problems I may have.

Danny is the best of the best, I would pass 2 to 3 Monros just to get to his store, he took care of me and my car when no one else would and I drive from South Lebanon just for an oil change and other needs, thank you Danny, for being so awesome.

I will start off saying I haven't done much business here. However, they did do a very good job installing my new brakes and rotors and they beat both of my other quotes by $90 so I think that deserves 5 stars:). Manager is also very polite and friendly.
