The best and most honest mechanic shop. The owner is very honest and really a great place to take your car to.

Owner is a really good honest man. He has worked on my Nissan 4 or 5 times. He keeps me on the road and safe and is reasonably priced. I'll def come back and will recommend friends to go here.

Kept my car for 2 months to fix a transmission after "accidentally" putting in the wrong one. Charged me $600 for a job we never asked him to do and he refuses to offer me a refund.

My car wouldn't shift so they took my car and diagnosed it and fixed it for $600. They charged me and gave it back with the SAME exact problem. They then told me it needed a new transmission. My car has been in the shop for 2 months and he finally calls AFTER PUTTING IN THE WRONG TRANSMISSION to tell me it's fixed BUT HE WONT OFFER ME A REFUND for the issue we never asked him to fix which he never even told us what it was. Wasn't listed on the paperwork either. Was listed as parts and labor.

Refuses a refund on a job he lied to us about. Kept my car for two months, he "accidentally" put in the wrong transmission. Took 2 MONTHS. Won't work with me on a refund for a job before the transmission he did without bothering to ask us if we wanted this done.

Place stays packed, but for good reason! Putting out good work when other places just put you off! Keep up the good work!

Stopped into Monroe Auto and received complimentary advice on the probable drivers of my check engine light warning. I followed their suggestion successfully. Again, I appreciated the spirit of honesty and ethics received from the Monroe Auto technician.

This place is a blessing. They are honest and reasonably priced. There are no unnecessary repairs going on here. I bring all my vehicles here and highly recommend this business!

Great place to have your car worked on they really know what their doing
No run around just plain good old fashioned great service

They have had my car for a week, and haven't even looked at it! I need my car to go to work. If they didn't have time for it, they should have said so! Don't take your car here if you need it back! Terrible.
