Montgomery County Solid Waste, Moraine OH

I drove 30 minutes to drop off paint on the day that they were supposed to take. I waited in line for 30 minutes. Only to be told that the hours were changed to 1: 00 pm to drop off paint.

Staff is responsive to questions. Signs let you k ow where to go for recycling, yard waste and rubb.age

Makes no sense to say they are open until 7 when in fact there is a lazy guy at the gate turning people around at 10 till 7 there is no one to answer any phones I drove 40 miles to be turned away at 10 till with a rude lazy worker talking about his clock is different than mine when we all no it’s not all cell phone are set to the same time everywhere I go I’m greeted with lazy people that don’t want to do there jobs rude and lazy great combo so if your going there make sure you are a half hr early because the time they close is whenever they want to and ain’t nothing you or anyone there will do about it completely unprofessional please hire people that want to do there job correctly instead of lazy people that lie to your face

It waste place its good as it could be its trash smells but great price for getting rid trash u need gone there quick at scales and smile and polite which means a lot most people lost this smiling at customer so its nice to get smile and thank you for your business its old school and it goes long way with customers I always say thank you and you have a blessed day its what the world needs is good people.

Went today 4/11/23 for the first time to dump hazardous waste. There was a big line to get onto Encrete. Once there I was confused as to which direction to get to hazardous waste. Even though there was a sign up it was still confusing. Took alot longer than I thought it should. Long line.

Much better than going hard fill dumps, don't have to worry as much as getting flat tires. Still miss the Webster location in Dayton.

A complete clown show, be prepared to wait in line 3+ hours at this joke of a dump. Montgomery county can’t figure out how to run anything efficiently the operator in charge here should be replaced immediately

I like that you can recycle. Need to figure out how to separate the drive in lane for recycling and dumping. Had to sit in long line just to get to recycling.
