3Whoever hires some of the people needs to be fired. I went there for an advice, but I was berated and was told not to bounce around different offices. My job requires me to travel, so am I supposed to fly back home just to get an advice? What is this office’s mission? Only help veterans who reside in this county and screw every other veterans? I should’ve read the reviews before I made an appointment.
I was treated like I was "left for dead on the battlefield". Terribly incompetent. Seemed a hurry to get me in and out! Paperwork is ridiculous! Took too long. Got denied over a stupid Vectren receipt. Now I'm getting evicted. So, now Ill become society's problem or the VA. These people are horrible! Stay away.
I went there cause basically we'll everything got wild. With physical problems which led to time off work. The paperwork seemed not bad. I went to library had it all printed with in 20 mins. All paperwork is, is like 3 or 4 past utility bills
and 60 days pay stubs and bank statements. Landlord had to sign 1 form and give me a print out of lease and a pay history. We'll they went above beyond and I've also am getting help to get back in school and some other resources. I was so humbled cause they even paid all my past due. Thank you so much my anxiety and stress disappeared
