I bought a vehicle from here with the help of salesman Jacob Odle last March. I love my car and the experience of buying it was made less stressful with his help. Last week, some outside factors led to my car being damaged and while waiting to hear back from my insurance company I called Jacob who walked me through a lot of what I could do and also checked on his end if there was anything he could do to help. He made an awful event just a little easier to navigate. Absolutely recommend him a d Montrose.

I was in the process of having a finance package put together to purchase a car on their lot. At the END of the business day, once they already ran my credit, I was told they sold the vehicle! I had already scheduled time off work to come pick it up as I live in NY. Thankfully a dealer closer to home had a comparable vehicle and I was still able to get my dream car. The other dealer was nice enough to hold the vehicle and pull it from the lot so no other sales could be made while I was in the process of purchasing.

Find another dealer, this place marks up cars 5K over sticker price which GM has policies against. They screwed me out of an online sale that I had started 3 days ago and sold the vehicle to a local party. Total scumbags
