Buyer Beware: I purchased a 2014 Ram 1500 on 9-30-23, and did not pick the truck up til 10-4-23 because it needed serviced plus I requested new tires/touch up paint as part of the deal. Once I picked the truck up and drove 30 minutes the driver side brake caliper froze up smoking the pads/rotor. They took the truck back fixing the driver side brakes, and dropped the truck off on 10-6-23. When I got home I went for another 30 min ride and the passenger side brake caliper froze up. I messaged the friendly/helpful salesman, Jason White, and waited 3 days for a response from his Sales Manager, Jake Newsome, stating there isn't anything more they can do for me since they did tires/paint at a discount of $1,400 which was part of the deal and the driver side brakes that failed on the first ride for $450. I emailed the General Manager, Todd Mullen, that night (10-9-23) explaining the situation and he responded right away asking for my number and he would let me know tomorrow. I never received a call or an email from that time forward. I now have a truck which I hadn't even placed 100 miles on rendered inoperable for the second time, sitting in my drive. I spent my time, labor, money of $363.97 w core charge (which I have the receipt) to fix it, and obtained pictures of the seized caliper that the head of one piston broke off trying to pry it free. I don't blame them for the incident, but to say MONEY is more valuable to them than customer satisfaction and or most importantly MY SAFETY! I will never do business with these folks again and I will let any and everybody know how they do business!
