As usual, Audrey was exceptional. She listens, uses lots of common sense, anticipates what’s needed, and makes it happen. This time she assigned Phil to work through my car’s tire issues with me. His knowledge, experience, and determination to find and eliminate the root cause put me at ease.

Together Audrey and Phil make a dynamic duo and have great customer relations skills to boot. Never let them go!

My 2023 S60 was inspected due to two recalls involving a computer upgrade and a possible rear suspension issue. It was found that the computer update was previously completed at the factory and the rear suspension had no issues. The service manager went out of his way to make my experience pleasurable.

The lobby was always clean, the staff (especially Corey and the mechanic) were professional, knowledgeable and honest.

The service I had requested was to evaluate a rear hatch that wasn’t opening completely.

The facility is very clean and bright with a lot of shiny new Volvos on display for window shopping. The waiting area is spacious enough with complimentary Keurig coffees and 2 work desks. The customer service representative was attentive and professional.

After noticing a screw and metal pieces in my tire I came to the service department at Montose. I received service the same day and was happy to find out I did not need a new tire. And customer service was exceptional.

Audrey was fantastic getting my service rescheduled after a cancelled flight made me miss my initial appointment. They were ready for me early and had all items ready for signature upon my arrival.
