Moore Dental at Lewis Center

I have recently moved to the area from out of state and chose Moore dental based on high reviews. I have never seen such friendly and welcoming team. They are very communicative and Dr Moore and his team are very professional. They do not make you wait long and they are great at time Management. They use cutting edge technology (some of the gadgets I have not seen anywhere else). Overall, I have a very positive experience and I will be a regular as long as I stay in the neighborhood.

Have since moved out of state, but I sure miss these guys! Absolutely everyone in the place is exceptionally professional and very friendly. Community service based, with an eye towards innovation at a reasonable cost. Thanks for everything, you been incredibly hard to replace.

So happy to have found this practice. It’s been a year now and everyone is equally lovely. The ladies at the front office and check out are so cheerful and accommodative while booking appointments. Both the hygienists Chelsea and Lindsey are friendly, amazing at what they do. Lindsey was so patient with my wriggly 3 year old. Dr Moore is wonderful, answers your questions and takes the time and doesn’t rush. He also refers you to the right doctors if need be. Thank you to Dr Moore and his team!

I've been trying to find a new dentist. The one that I was going to for 2 years dismissed me as a patient because I wasn't happy about them regularly giving me sales calls (and stated this in a review). I had my records sent to Moore Dental and requested an appointment. This is the third dentist I've talked to in a few months time because the last one I went to saw several cavities. I thought this was odd since I've never had cavities so I sought Moore Dental for a second opinion. Dr. Moore left me a message stating that from reviewing my records, I needed extensive work done that he could not do. He suggested a special dentist that rebuilds teeth, basically. I do not see how this could be possible. And I've tried to get back with them to find out what's going on since I feel they must have the wrong records. My husband says no way would I have serious enough dental problems to need a special dentist, or I'd be feeling serious pain. They're not returning my message, and they have my records. I feel like they are making an excuse not to deal with me because I have been to two other dentists.

The dentists in this area are all so shady for some reason. The one my husband went to when we first moved here was ran out of town and has a lawsuit against him pending (not from my husband though he scammed him and caused him a great deal of pain from what turned out to be unecessary work). I want my records sent back to my dentist in Columbus, if this scammish office will ever return my call.
