Britney was very professional, and very courteous, took her time and explained things to me related to my fear of dentists. She made sure I was comfortable and at ease, will definitely be back because of Britney

I have had such a great experience at Moorhead Dentistry - I had to get dentures and Dr Moorehead and his staff put me at ease and having my teeth pulled was so much easier than I had anticipated and going back with adjustments, - Lexi was confident and knowledgeable. Lexi was such a joy - she listened to all my issues and had them taken care of within minutes- so nice to know that going back for visits will be met with such professional and knowledgeable people like Lexi will be such a peace of mind knowing that they really care about your wellbeing.

This was my first time to a dentist in years. They treat you amazing and did an amazing job I would recommend anyone go here the doctor was still working on someone when I got there but I didn't wait very long I also don't remember leaving lol but I'm very happy with there work thank u Moorehead Family Dentistry I'm very thankful for the amazing care you gave me

Over the years I have had so much dental work completed, and I have gone to some really wonderful dental offices. Having recently moved I was concerned if I would find a good dental office in this area. My husband and I tried two different offices. I had one visit, my husband visited both, they were okay. We wanted a dental office that was more than okay, we wanted to feel at ease and comfortable going to the dentist. My first visit at Moorehead Family Dental I was greeted promptly, shown to a lovely waiting area with water, coffee and juice available. My wait was reasonable which to me means no more than 20 minutes without an explanation. Britney was my dental hygienist. I really can't say enough about this young professional, she was so very kind, and caring. Britney explained everything she was doing before each aspect of care given. Her concern for my comfort went beyond my expectation and she did a great job cleaning my teeth. I saw Dr. Saeed and immediately liked her. I felt my exam was probably the most thorough dental exam I have ever had. I feel like these professionals understand that in todays world kindness is so important.

Alex, who cleaned my teeth, was pleasant, professional, and I can honestly say, "My teeth was so clean and I will go back in 6 months for another cleaning". Ive had many teeth cleanings, but none like Alex did. Like I said, I 've already made my next appt! Oh, and I will spread the word, Go and have her clean your teeth!

Thank you to Dr. Saeed, Savannah and Michelle for taking great care of me today! I appreciate you making a long procedure very comfortable; Everyone there is so nice and caring.

I might be able to leave a better comment after my surgery but I might also forget their names BROOK JESS AND DR. Moorehead did a phenomenal job like from them having professionalism and nothing went wrong at all! They kept me well informed throughout the procedure and I’m not having pain. BROOK took my blood in one try Jess was swift about intake and she made sure I was comfortable. I even got a blanket. And the office was very nice. Coffee water juice you name it. Easy parking. And last but not least Dr. Moorehead thank you so much for providing me with the excellent care and finding such a great team. I’ve never been to a dentist’s office anywhere as Greta as yours.

Ms. Mary was my hygienist this morning. At 8 a.m. She was very friendly. I loved her style. She made small talk at the beginning of my cleaning but did not try to strike up conversation with her hands in my mouth. After my cleaning she educated me on different techniques specific to my mouth. She was gentle and thorough. I highly recommend this office and Ms. Mary.

I felt so reassured while I was there and the procedure felt like it only took three minutes! The lady who was with me kept rubbing and patting my head while squeezing my hand to let me know everything was okay. Such an amazing place!

Dr. Pat, Lexi and Hailey were great! They friendly and I didn't feel anything while they fixed my teeth.

It was a really nice experience, I was told and explained everything that they did and look forward to working with them in the future

I really enjoyed my first visit to Moorehead family dentistry. Everyone is so friendly from the time you walk in the door. Mary (my hygienist) was super friendly and Dr. Saeed was so nice. I've been looking for a new dentist since I moved to this area and finally found a place that I really like.

I'm newer to Moorehead dental. But the batavia location is absolutely amazing the staff is very friendly and professional. Dr pat, Hailey, Lexi took care of me today and I can't say enough good things about them. Even the staff at the desk were very helpful. Honestly I'm super glad I switched to Moorehead dental they make me feel like I'm not just some random person that needs dental help. Thank you for all the help today.

Dr. Moorehead and everyone that I spoke to were very friendly and professional. Prices are reasonable for this part of the country.

Had my 1st appointment today & was a great experience from check-in to check-out, (which is a huge deal b/c I’m typically a very nervous dental pt.) everyone was super friendly & hygienist did an amazing job, made sure I was comfortable and ok. Dentist was super friendly and thorough! I’m very happy I found this for our new dentist office!

Mary is excellent and was so detail when taking care of your dental - definite and highly recommend her
