Chris Kovalec was very helpful with my move in and informing me of how everything work. I love my apartment. My stove was new, new carpet, and it was nicely remodeled

The apartment itself is nice, it’s clean and small. The walls are paper thin, you can hear what your neighbor is watching. The leasing lady acts like she is so nice and helping, but as months go on, you’d see what she’s like. She complains about everything, if something is new going on since you’ve moved in she’d call and accuse you. I’m ready to report her so I hope somebody see this and hurry and call me back. Thank you

Came here for a delivery, MAN they do not make this place easy to get around! Luckily the lady was nice and understanding about it. The place looks nice and well kept but add better signs or something to that maze, jeese.

This is my first apartment and Im very happy about the process. Chris is very nice and quick with things. The apartment is really spacious and clean

I would like to tell anyone from
Out of State how Amazing Chris the leasing officer/ Manager is. I relocated from Detroit I LITERALLY did everything remotely in finding Morgan Place Apartments she made my relocation stress free. Very organized and detailed. I now have been a resident for 2 years, the complex is quite and clean. She is Johnny on the spot with repairs and very understanding and accommodating. She does not play about Rent so pay your rent on time but I have no complaints. I have even called several times to complain and end up leaving the conversation laughing. Chris is firm but fair if you do your part she will make sure she does her part. This is a Win Win! Pay attention to deadlines that is my advice your lease will automatically renew if you don’t request to vacate that is my only advice but other then that I have experienced a peaceful, secure living environment. I have been living in the community for two years now. It's safe, clean and affordable. Chris in the office deserves a 10/5. She is always Johny on the spot for the lack of a better phrase. The maintenance is just as amazing! Thank you so much for everything.
