Customer service is non existent. Been on hold for 1 hr, 15 mins so far trying to resolve a VERY SIMPLE matter.

I love that I was told upfront lead times for ordering merchandise as well as the well stocked models on the floor that seem to be immaculately kept. There was a representative that continuously followed us around even though we repeated to her we just wanted to look around. She was very on top of her job but it made us feel very pressured. Cheryl, the general manager, is a gem though! Cheryl helped us so many steps of the way, had amazing energy, and was overall just amazing to work with. I hope we can request her for our future purchases because she is the only reason I bought from Morris that day.

After waiting a month to receive a new chair and couch because the first set was damaged they delivered another couch that's not the correct one and it is damaged too. The delivery drivers are horrible they broke an expensive knickknack I had on an end table and didn't even say sorry. They shoved the furniture through the doors which is probably why most of the furniture is damaged when delivered. You try to call and get ahold of customer care and have to wait forever to get through.

If you like being lied to, delivery delays, receiving the wrong furniture, and a culture of poor customer service and zero accountability.this is the place to TRY and buy your furniture. Places like Morris are why brick and mortar stores are dying. Everything above and more happened to my elderly mother in the past two weeks. Now she is stuck with furniture she did not order, waiting weeks for a pickup so she can be refunded her money. These people are awful, uncaring vultures. I understand.pandemic, labor shortages, supply chain issues, etc. BUT.do what you promise, and if you make a mistake, own up to it and fix it immediately. Buyer beware.

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THEM! Over 2 weeks ago they delivered my sectional damaged and missing a piece. How hard is it count to make sure you have all the pieces before you deliver? Now, I cannot get any answers. I have been on hold for countless hours and have even gone into store twice to try to get information. The district manager talked with me, gave me his email and said he would get some answers yet he has not respond to any of my emails. I was told a repair order was put in with the repair company to see if they could fix the damaged piece. After not hearing from them, I called the number I was given, sat on hold for 2 1/2 hours only to be told a repair request was never submitted by Morris. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!

Absolutely worst customer service ever! Would have gave them zero stars if it was applicable. I Bought a mattress online that was delivered Tuesday the 2nd I wanted to return it because it wasn’t comfortable been on hold forever back to back 3 days without getting any help from the store and over the phone! Very frustrating! Save your money and go somewhere else!

Great store.

The sales person, Kiera, was patient, understood my needs.

She could relate with what I was looking for.

I did not purchase anything I'm one to shop around, especially online.

Their selection is vast. Something for everyone. I appreciated the quality of the products and the no pressure sales.

Horrible customer care. My order was delivered with the wrong pieces and part of it was broken. Now I’m waiting months for the replacement parts. Not to mention every time I have had to call customer service I am put on hold for over an hour and several times I have been on hold and hung up on. The remedy is an apology and that’s that.
Now my ottoman part is being delivered and they’ve asked me to call back to schedule the repair. I guess I’ll go ahead and take the day off work so I can be on hold for 12 hours that day. Yay.

I have to say I'm very disappointed in the lack of customer service and follow-through exhibited by Morris. We had several issues starting with no communication of delivery times, a delivery missing critical pieces, a second delivery left in pieces on the floor of our home with packaging everywhere due to "missing pieces" only to find they were in the box the entire time, leaving us to finish the white glove delivery we paid for. While I can say I understand current shipping conditions, items that were promised in 4 weeks, turned into 6 months lead times with no communication. And to top it off, reaching out to the store made us feel like a burden, and customer service wait times were over 2 hours.the one time we were lucky enough to get someone on the phone, our issues were not resolved as the agent spent most of the time we were on the phone talking to other people in the office or home or putting us on hold. Via email, I finally got an agent to review but after almost 3 weeks of me asking for a call to discuss/ them promising someone would reach out, I've still not heard anything. We've now also found most of the pieces purchased could have been purchased for a lower price lower on the Ashley website or other companies.
Save your time and money, and shop somewhere else.

Edit: I will forward this the information requested.however I've reached out to your store and customer service team several times and have been promised calls back with no resolution already. As I told Kristy with your customer service team 8/25 prior to posting my review the promised follow up has been missed several times already.

Worst experience ever. We bought furniture 2 and half months earlier just so it could get delivered on time and the day of arrival it got broken no one called me to inform me. I had to drive to the store because no one will pick up (customer service terrible). It got scheduled the second time and still wasn’t delivered because it got broken the second time. Called no one picked up as usual had to call off work and still drive there to ask for a refund. And the furniture was out of stock. There was no compensation given just a waste of my time. Will never be buying from here again and will not recommend. I would give them zero star if it would let me.

Worst experience and customer service ever. Sent unsafe and broken children’s bedroom furniture. They never return calls, never answer the phone, and lost our PAID for bedroom dresser.

Go anywhere but here if you want quality salesmen and customer service.

They get 1 star because the only silver lining is their professional delivery drivers. They caught the piece that would have hurt our daughter.

Everyone else is incompetent and lazy.

Customer service and delivery service is not great. Delivery drivers just show up with no call ahead. When I requested they call 30 minutes before coming. Unable to contact anyone at the store because no one is ever at the customer service desk. Overall horrible experience. Will not ever purchase from any of there stores again.

Extremely dissatisfied with a couch I bought from Morris in 2019. I have had issues since day 1 with the electronic reclining system. Multiple technicians out as the same mechanics seem to break. Thank goodness I bought the extended warranty, right?

Wrong! The company who Morris uses for their warranty after the first year refuses to fix the most recent issue because I reported that it broke “ in June” and since that is “ more than 30 days” they will not honor the valid warranty.

I called Morris customer service for help. They were as surprised as I was but only offered a technician at cost to me as a solution.

I will own that I should have read the fine details of the warranty, but I paid for five years of protection and it was NEVER represented to me at Morris the constraints on the warranty. In addition, I asked for either a sofa of section of the sofa to be replaced after multiple breaks. No offer.

I will never ever buy another piece of furniture from Morris again. Read the fine print everyone, and go where customer service will ensure quality furniture will last.

Absolutely would not recommend buying from this place. I order a living room set from here and was told all of what I order was in stock and could be delivered in two weeks. Well after six months and sitting on hold for a combined 5 hours and being denied a refund I finally recieved my shockingly low Quality furniture. The customer service is truly a joke with this business.
