Mortenson Family Dental, Cincinnati OH

After waiting for a long time to figure out the source of some tooth pain/sensitivity I’ve been having, I finally have been able to get the work done that I’ve needed once I started going to see Dr. Z. Even though the procedure I needed was pretty involved, both Dr. Z and Felicia worked quickly and painlessly. I’m really thankful to be getting the dental care that I need.

Initial visit today - very impressive office and very friendly, thorough and informative staff.

Felicia and dr. Z as well as the Nikki receptionist were as professional as I could ask for. The office was nice clean and everyone was very nice im very appreciative that the Nikki did as much as she could in order to be able work around my schedule. She also was very helpful when it came to me figuring out how to be able to afford the work I needed she has gone above and beyond!

Update: I just came back and saw Riley for a cleaning. She did a great job, she was also very professional and considerate thanks everyone.

My first visit was great, all the staff was so friendly, today was my first visit for dental work the dentist made sure I was comfortable, I didn't have any problems, they did great work on my teeth, I was not uncomfortable at time, I would recommend all my family and friends Mortenson Family Dentistry for dental work

Had to go back for repeat procedure that was not the fault of this office tho. UPS created this fiasco. But I still did not like having to go thru this again.

Our whole family are patients at Mortensens. The kids especially enjoyed their cleaning (A+). The staff are friendly and efficient. They addressed concerns and do not push unnecessary services.

Riley is awesome! She does a great job cleaning our teeth. Very sweet and explains always what she is doing while cleaning my teeth. Highly recommend her!

Riley is a fantastic dental hygienist! She did so well with my son and helped educate us both on how to better take care of his teeth!

I must update my appreciation for Mortenson Family Dental. I was fit quickly into the schedule for a cracked tooth and the care by Dr. Z and Alex was once again stellar. Cierra at the front desk was also very nice.

When you go to the dentist and have a great visit, that is something to really smile about!
