Motel 6 Franklin, OH

What can I say, it's a motel 6. Very clean for a motel. This one gets 5 stars from me because not only do they allow pets but (at least when I stayed) they allowed 2 pets to stay for free! That's amazing! Check in was a breeze. Great location. If you're looking for amenities, breakfast, etc you can probably find that at a similar price nearby but for pet owners I would highly rec this motel.

Good stop, as a truck driver I don't care about too many amenities. Clean room and solid rate. Coffee served for breakfast.

Very friendly staff, Clean rooms inside and out! The owner also is very helpful and quick to help with any questions while being very understanding. Definitely recommend!

This is the best Motel 6 that I have stayed at. It was clean and very comfortable. The staff made me and my senior dog feel very welcome. Will be staying again on my way back through. Thank you for the awesome service.

Best Motel 6 yet! Newly renovated & very clean, quiet (maybe the day of the week but only heard the fan ALL NIGHT!), amazing staff, & peaceful location! Besides, it's the cheapest! Thx for keeping the light on

Decent for the price it was clean looks sketchy area it was not bad like I read but i do say bring your own pillows the ones they got are not comfortable an I recommend moms restaurant next door only breakfast an lunch best ever had for breakfast homemade an made with love

First impressions of the area were quite sketchy but ended up being decent.
The customer service was great.

The room.the room was not very clean. Small stain on the sheets. The tub was not cleaned properly the trap on the jacuzzi was nasty and covered in hair and grime.
The door had to be slammed shut. There was a connecting door which was missing a lock on our side making us not feel as safe. VERY VERY THIN WALLS.the room next to us had a very loud TV and was constantly on. Mattress very uncomfortable. You can hear every little movement. No coffee or tea maker as stated. Fair price but I'd rather spend 100 dollars at another hotel.

Very kind and helpful at the front desk…. Clean room, microwave and refrigerator, A/C works! Cost is inexpensive… I’ve stayed here a few times traveling for business… I will definitely stay here anytime I’m in this area.

This was such a nice motel 6, and especially for the great price. Newly renovated. Conveniently located. No sketchy people in the parking lot like you see at most motels. The only negative was that the walls are very thin so you could hear everything in the hallway. Overall, I would definitely come back next time I come to the area.

Tesh is a great guy and gives solid rates, rooms always clean and service is always with a smile.

The front desk people are just rude as hell. They will argue with you even when you are right. I had in my comments that I was disabled and they put on the 2nd floor and then after arguing with them and showing them the comments saying I was disabled they said they would put me on the first floor only if I payed for another night there. To my opinion I shouldn't have had to pay for another night in order for them to switch me to the first floor since I had already payed for the night that I was already staying for. They even had a issue with my ESA dog when he whined or barked a little. The room wasn't super clean. The bathroom had spots on the wall and tub. The tub is slippery as hell which I did a small slip in but luckily I didn't fall. The shower sucks. I have never been treated so horrible before and I stayed there for 6 nights and not once did I get clean towels or maid service!

Me and my husband had to stay at this location as our house was getting renovated. We absolutely loved it. Tesh the beautiful young man at the front desk was an absolute delight. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.housekeeping is very good as well. I recommend this place if you are looking for a budget friendly option.

We decided to get a room for the night instead of driving the four hours home after spending an entire day at Kings Island. The location of this Motel 6 was perfect for us. The room was comfortable and clean and had recently been updated.

I've been staying here for work over the last couple weeks the rooms are always clean when I'm here Tracey the lady at the front desk is always super helpful and nice. Good place to stay at plenty of places to eat near by
