Came in for a passport photo during my lunch break. I was in and out in 15 mins for less cost than a chain. Very impressed

Excellent service. I walked in to get passport pictures taken. They do a number of countries actually. I think I was in there for less than 10 minutes from start to finish. The young lady that took my picture was very nice and gave me clear instructions. I've been here before in the past so I'm glad the service is still great.

Stopped in to do some Christmas shopping - the woman who helped me could not have made things easier. She walked me through where to send my photos, consulted with me on size/cropping, and I was out of there in about 30 minutes with 5 beautiful prints and two picture frames.

When I discussed with the employee Kelsie about photo retaking, she wrote me by E-Mail: "There would be a fee to retake the photo. However we do not have an alternative setup where you can face the light. The set up we have works well for USA, Canadian and many other passports so you may need to find a photographer or some one with a more specialized set up. "

They didn't know how to take a quality photo, and asked me to find out other store. I paid a lot but got a failed photo, it was a horrible experience with this store.

Best local film processing in Cleveland. Color film development is usually same day and BNW film is processed quickly as well. I always recommend Motophoto to friends and family who shoot film for their processing needs. Everyone here is extremely nice and knowledgeable as well! I usually shoot older or expired film and never have any issues and they are always processed beautifully.

Sean and team are fantastic and easy to work with. He took care of me when I needed an oddly-shaped art piece framed. He helped me narrow down the frame choices and we chose the best option. Sean is the best around. Highly recommend!
