What a great small museum, very informative and learned a lot about the labs role in the Manhattan project and beyond. Staff at the desk was very friendly and you the fact that it is free is just an added plus.

Smallish museum but filled with information.
Not that crowded, I was wondering because of Oppenheimer movie there will be more people.

This is a hidden gem! So much interesting science and intriguing history! An absolute must for anyone interested in the dark ghosts of our past.

A surprisingly nice museum run by the department of energy documenting nuclear research and production in the area. Worth stopping if you are visiting the mound next door.
