They make you pay at a kiosk before you even see a living human that works there. That should tell you that their priority is your money and not you.
WHEN YOU HAVE ELDERLY PATIENTS TO CHECK IN TO SEE THE DOCTOR, PLEASE FIR THE LOVE OF GOD, DONT SIT THERE AND HAVE A CASUAL CONVERSATION WITH A DRUG REP. (yes this was in all caps for a reason)
Dr. Westra is amazing. You can tell she truly cares about the health and well being of her patients. She’s always helped me find a solution no matter what the case. I love using the MyChart app to ask questions and refill prescriptions. I’ve always gotten a response back the next business day.
Couple of the ladies in lab services need to improve their bedside manners. Very short and rude.
