This place is fantastic! I was able to schedule an appt for a same day visit.online. We did not have a long wait once we arrived at our scheduled appointment time. Siwakoti-PA was amazing. All the office staff was kind and professional. My daughter received excitement care. Thank you

Receptionist was not friendly. Explained I had checked in online and even did the pre-registration online. Showed up shortly before the time I selected on the online app. Receptionist said it was 1 to 1 1/2 hr wait. I mentioned checking in online and she said that was registration not the appt time. I was contiplating going to another urgent care and in the 2 seconds I did this she asked "so you staying or going" very rudley. Soon as I stayed she was on the phone with what was obvious a personal call for an entire hour before she gave my ID cards back. They called me back within a minute of her giving the cards back. I saw the PA who was quick, friendly and efficient. I'd give reception no stars if I could but since PA was good and promptly addressed my concern they get a 3 overall.

Dr.lie to me and said he will prescribe something for my pain for my knee never did he’s not and when I called back and yeah he is a liar and I would not recommend going to see him. He was awful. He actually thought I was lying about my knee and he already saw the x-rays and he can see that I had bone on bone Osteo arthritis in my right knee so I would recommend not to go there and find a different place to go to.

Wait time was reasonable, Staff was courteous and very professional, Physician was very professional and personable and thorough and treatment was effective.

Wait time is too long. Over 2 hours before I was seen. Receptionist was very kind. Dr and staff were pleasant but the wait time to be seen by anyone was way too long. In all fairness I should have gone to the ER but I didn’t realize how serious it was so I was just wanting X-rays. In the end I had to go to the hospital er. Dr took one look said hip was dislocated and sent me out after I stood around on crutches all that time.

Everyone was great at Mt. Carmel urgent care! From the front desk staff to the doctor. Very kind, caring, and compassionate. Not a long wait time and my needs and concerns were met. Would highly recommend this Urgent Care!

Work with them as they may be a little short staffed. Let me tell you, I’ve been here twice though, they are GOOD. MUCH faster than the ER I can definitely say that but when we went back, I felt like I was the main priority so that means a lot to me. Not like they just leave you waiting in the back room forever, they actually come right back. You don’t even have time to go through the drawers! Those who know, know. I’ve never had to go back because something wasn’t right or anything. Very good for an urgent care. Staff makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE.

Very friendly and efficient. I was seen and done in less than an hour. Jeremy and the X-ray technician/ nurse were great. Thank you for your care of my injured foot!

I had a great experience at Mount Carmel Urgent Care. The staff was timely, understanding, and professional. 24 hours after my visit my health is noticeably better.

Very helpful and informative. They took time out of their day to not only check on their clients but they took extra time to answer all of me and my spouse’s questions. And did so until we left comfortably and educated.
