I called for a consultation, the secretary was incredibly rude and didn’t have time to bother with me. I asked one question about setting up a consultation and she jumped straight to “I cannot give you legal advise. ” No mam, I was simply inquiring about SCHEDULING the consultation. I couldn’t get past her rude, couldn’t-be-bothered attitude.
