Update/response/storyWent to mph for a rear tire and to get my chain adjusted. Never recieved a call when my bike was ready. Went to pick it up paid and sent on my way. 2nd ride out my chain snaps on the highway (blessed no injury) other than the chain damaging the center cases of the engine and a subaru behind me took it pretty bad too. So I call mph and they tell me that it's my fault because "I DENIED" THE CHAIN AND BRAKE PADS NEEDING SERVICE! WOW.
I 100% WAS NOT TOLD about this AT ALL. Not told when my bike was ready not told THAT MY BRAKES ARE LOW AND CHAIN NEEDS REPLACED? Might just be a customer service issue but i planned on having alot of work done at this shop because they seem to know alot but i will most likely never go back unless you the work yourself and double check that you have another engine laying around

I am kind of frustrated. I've been very kind and pleasant and understanding with Tyler and Doug and the whole team at mph maximum performance. They had my bike for over three months since May 27 memorial day weekend I went on Wednesday to pick up my motorcycle my 2008 Yamaha R6 they did a tune by passed certain stuff o2 sensors exup not a problem my total bill was $2200. My friend followed me the day I took off the shop to get gas got off the Broadway exit couple miles down the road from their shop the motorcycle died soon as I pulled off the exit so I brought this motorcycle to get fixed of the stalling and cutting out issue money is not a problem at the very patient and polite but it's frustrating. Tyler did offer for me to take the motorcycle back for them to look at it and see what's up but I don't wanna waste another three months to six months and I lost a whole riding season the motorcycle still continues to cut off and shut off and hesitates to turn on. I have no hard feelings towards this place. I wish them the best. I paid my dues, but I would not recommend doing service or ever again it's unfortunate that I had to write this review thanks for not fixing my motorcycle after 3 months of time wasted a photo of below is my friend trying to help me figure out why it won't start again I got stuck over the weekend at his house and the bike was very hesitant and keeps cutting off so I paid $2200 for the bike to not be fixed but i wish ya ll the best

What else can I say about MPH besides they are awesome and go way out of thier way to make customers happy. I don't care what the other reviews say, my experience with both Tyler and Doug have been nothing but positive. I have had both my 2020 yamaha mt10 and suzuki m109r worked om here. They have done all the upgrades and service. Everything they do is nothing but quality and I have have zero issues with any of the work they have done for me. Like I said before they go out of thier way just like today I needed a bolt for my bike that I didn't have and just gave them a call and tyler came out real quick and threw it on for me. This will be the only place that ever touch my bikes.

Tyler was awesome! Hands down some of the best customer service I've had in years. I stopped in on a Saturday to see if they had anything to quiet down my new-to-me Indian. He said he thought he might have some used pipes in the shop, but he'd have to look around and would call me. He called me on Monday, said he found the pipes and gave me a great deal. Then he stayed a few minutes late so I could pick them up! I will definitely be doing more business here. Thanks so much MPH!

Where to begin. I took my bike in for a simple Air Fuel mixture problem. After about 4 weeks, I was finally told that my air filter was the problem (no communication beforehand). So, I ordered a new setup and got it to their shop within 5 days. Once again, no communication after that. I called once a week for 5 more weeks; I was told that they are "working" on it. So now we are at 70 days! Now mind you I was also told that there were bikes that have been there longer than mine, and they don't even know why a carbureted bike was even in the shop to begin with. Good way to do business. Plus, they have a dyno there and should be able to do a simple AF mixture on a bike at a decent pace. Boy was I wrong! I picked up my bike after about 75 days or so. I won't lie, it runs great, but there are issues. My carb now spits fuel out of it under acceleration. I refuse to go back to get it fixed because that will probably take 6 months! My seat bolt was cross threaded and stripped out, and my tank bolt collar was missing. I did call and bring both of those items to their attention, but I was told to bring my seat in, and they would re-tap it (unacceptable, I want a new bolt and connection) and was told a new collar would be acquired. Have not heard a word. Also, something as simple as popping motor covers back on was done incorrectly. These guys work on bikes! Now I fully expect the owner to go on some rant after this review like I've seen happen before. Their level of service and professionalism is absolute zero. You're better off going across the street to state 8 or even having your neighbor work on your bike. Good luck and I hope this helps someone out, because I made the mistake of going to this place that shows no pride for what they do.

It took a while to get the bike back after dropping off. Most of the issue was backorder on parts.

Very happy with the end result and upon picking it up everything was explained to me that was done (dyno tune) and results of the dyno.

I totally stop taking motorcycle to mph for any installation or maintenance work. After installation of led head lamp and fog lamps start getting problems on lightning system. Some times fog lamps some times passing light still I m in problems. I will not be in problem anymore. I will or give any chance to touch my motorcycle any more in future.

I was way overcharged $2300 for new inexpensive tires, flush & fill radiator plus replace air filter and they used an OEM probably a take off from another bike. It also took more than twice the time to complete the work than what I was told.
