Job was completed quickly. The appliance repairman was delightful. I could not be more pleased.

Timely service, was able to get a same week appointment. Leon was my technician and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed my leaking fridge in a timely manner.

Was able to come out within 2 days, I had called another 24/7 company and they said it would be 7-10 days. Parts delivered next day and repairs due the day after. Repairman was clean and cleaned up afterwards

They ordered the wrong part and I had them put it in and they would return with the correct part when it came in. They were not able to source the correct dishwasher control panel and would not give me any compensation unless they come and take the part out and not even give me back my partially working part back since it is thrown away. This seems unfair to me.

Professional, timely and went above the expected service call. I also had periodic updates from my technician about their ETA. Couldnt be happier!

Called on Friday they came out on Monday to fix my dishwasher, Anthony was the tech he was efficient and polite and very personable. Luckily he had the part he needed on the truck fixed it quickly and did an excellent job. Tried it to be sure it worked right. A good experience so glad to have an appliance repair I can call when I have a problem. I luckily I made the right choice this time! Mr Appliance is lucky to have Anthony as an employee he is a good representative for their company.

The repair man was very smart; he saw the problem and ordered the part which is supposed to come in 2 weeks.

Technician Mike was great. On time, courteous, friendly and most importantly knew exactly how to repair our refrigerator & clearly explained the problem & corrective measures to be taken. Highly recommend.

Anthony took his time to try to repair our microwave. Because of the age of the microwave it would be too expensive to fix it. He was very professional and courteous.

Although expensive (nearly $500) to replace outdated stove parts, The technician was efficient and effective in two separate visits. The Mr.telephone liaison emailed a breakdown, so I could share with my warranty company, who was reneging on their promise of coverage. It was over a hundred dollars for the initial visit. Mr. A is more a "fix-it" company, and not so much a work-with-your-warranty to get you a new appliance, but he fixed my old hunk a junk well!

Prompt and professional. Called multiple service providers. These folks were the only ones who answered the call saving Thanksgiving!

Bruce was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He got to my house on time and went right to work fixing our dryer. Sears couldn’t come out for over a week. I will use Mr Appliance from now on and recommend them to anyone who needs a repair. Thank you again Bruce!
