Originally we were told a repairman would be out that same afternoon when we called. No one showed up. We called the next day and they had no record of our appointment. We rescheduled and then they came and ordered a part. They said the part would come Monday and they would install on Monday. The part never came, we called and said it hadn’t arrived and they said they didn’t know why they scheduled an installation for the same day the part was supposed to arrive because they never do that. The woman said she would call us later that afternoon and if the part hadn’t come they would reschedule. No one called at any time as they had said and checked the part had arrived. We then got confirmation notification of our appointment for installation on Monday which they said they wouldn’t do. They are unresponsive, don’t follow through on what they say and are unreliable. I will not use them in the future.

I would advise you to stay away from this company. Even if they were contracted through your warranty, do not do business with them. The techs are not qualified, they are liars and scammers. I contracted them over a month ago for a dishwasher repair. I paid for the repair upfront but to date my dishwasher hasn't been repaired nor has my money been returned. Thus far, I am out of $373.63 but now the fight begins.

Technician was on time and did a great job diagnosing the problem and ordering the part and repairing the appliance.

The materials needed were delayed in shipment twice, which caused two schedule changes. After I received the material an additional schedule changed occurred because the techniocian could not make it. However, when he made it he performed the repair quickly and cleanly.

The first technician performed an inadequate diagnosis and replaced shocks that were not needed at a high cost to us. The second technician identified a few loose bolts on the counterbalance weights that were causing the noise. We paid over $500 for a few bolts to be tightened. After much stalling, the company is now unresponsive to my requests for a partial refund.

The technician Mathew, that came out, had very prompt service. He was very polite and knew his job. Well, I highly recommend his service and this business.

Ridiculous. I was quoted $1600+tax on a washer that is $1200 brand new. I legit think they are in business of making $120 "estimates" instead of actually repairing stuff. Contacted MIELE to take them off authorized service techs in the area.

Shaun came as scheduled, diagnosed my refrigerator problem in minutes and ordered the replacement part. The part came the next day, he was back the day after and completed the repair in 30 minutes. Nice guy and he explained the problem and showed me why the original part failed. Highly Recommended!

I wish I could give less than 1 star. AVOID THIS COMPANY! Basically the same story many others have said. They require pre-payment for parts/labor before they put you on the schedule for the actual repair. No call/No show.we had to call them back to inquire why and at that time they said the part (that we already paid for) was actually discontinued by the manufacturer. They were able to find it through another 3rd party and 2 weeks later they come and do the "repair". The tech leaves and 20 minutes later we're still having the same issue. We call immediately and they generously offer to come back out to "diagnose" the issue, which would require a new fee btw. All we asked is a partial refund since they clearly misdiagnosed and didn't fix the issue. Their response is that they don't do refunds. This company is a scam and I feel slimy for having dealt with these folks. It's a shame that this is clearly their business model as so many other folks have the exact same story. If you're appliance breaks and you're considering hiring these folks, good luck as you'll certainly need it!

I like that they charge by the job, not by the hour. They had the replacement part sent directly to the house to guarantee the part would be there at time of service.

Update 2- I talked to jasmine on the phone, I was told since I filed a dispute with my bank for the service that was not properly completed that they got a charge back notice. This is because I bank sided with me. They said they were charging me again for my original service. I informed them that they have over charged me if that’s their excuse, they said they couldn’t see the third charge and are refusing to refund me for the extra charge. This company is absolutely awful. How they are in business I will never know. Disgusting.

Update to my review! They have now charged my credit card they have on file 3 extra times. To the tune of $668! Do not use this thieving company! Do not do it!

This was the worst experience. We were told it would cost $400 to fix our washing machine. We were trying to save some money and opted to fix the washer. Much to my dismay the first time I used my washer after it being, “fixed”. It still did not work. I paid for a part, service call and labor and was left with a non working machine. I called to request a refund for my service that was not completed. The brand new motor did not work. I was then told that I could not get a refund, they refused and told me it may need yet ANOTHER part that I would have to also pay for and discounted labor. So now I am out $400 and have to purchase a new washing machine. I am flabbergasted that this company just stole $400 from my family. It awful and sad, I will never use an appliance repair company ever again after this. I will simply purchase a new appliance because this experience has been awful. The customer service rep was also incredibly rude. I just can’t get over the down right thievery of this company. I now see why they have an F rating with the BBB with over 40 complaints.

Call center took a few days to reply, but the tech was spot on.

Definitely do not recommend. Fixed one thing and then another weird noise started. Said I needed yet another part. When I asked what would happen if this part didn’t fix the noise, they stated they would not refund the cost of the new and unnecessary part. Needless to say, I’m going with another company going forward.

Horrible company and poor customer services, Alexis provides horrible customer services, she is very hard to get ahold of, owner doesn't even care about customers.
