First time here, as a new resident of the neighborhood. The woman at the desk was very nice and was happy to explain the different machines and costs. I'll definitely be back, until I get my own washer and dryer.

Washer didn’t rinse my heavy blanket the first time I had to put it in a washer again to rinse it

I understand. BUT you hv to keep it cool on hot days and PLEASE UPDATE or Fix your units.you hv a great location
Management/owner non verbal.not crowded, Establishment clean, older washer and dryer, a few out of order signs on equipment. Washer did not ring out my clothes. Dryers took longer than usual to dry.
