Recently had Mr. Electric check the thermostat. The technicians were not only prompt and efficient explaining their work thoroughly, they remained courteous and professional while completing the job.

Communication was excellent, and the extra time taken for thoroughness was well worth it. Five stars well earned and fully recommend Mr. Electric for their expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction.

The electrician sent over (Dan and his kid Brandon) did an excellent job explaining every step of the way on what is happening and why they are doing what they are doing. Our job had many complications and random issues arise and they reacted and helped us feel safe with our electric issues and there was plenty of them. I was very impressed with them and will 100% be using Mr. Electric services again due to those electricians and the work they did.

They did a great job, and the price was very reasonable. The men that came was very helpful and professional and on time. And polite and would definitely use them again in the future and recommend.

The company responded promptly to my request for an appointment for an emergency repair. The dispatcher was very pleasant and helpful. Shawn D, the service technician, was very good at pointing out the problems that need fixing, and then showing me how they were corrected. He was very knowledgeable regarding the current electrical code. The technician was courteous and left each site neat and clean.

Brandon, was honest and helpful when looking at the problem I was having with my post light. He knew immediately what the problem was and charged me nothing for advising the solution.

I will call them gladly for any future electrical needs.

Your knowledge and expertise was absolutely incredible.
As a business owner who got no where with the Illuminating company to fix our issue, my level of loss and frustration were at an all time high. The two of you came in, diagnosed that this was not in fact my issue, but the utility companies issue, had me call on the spot to open a ticket. Then, instead of just leaving and putting it on the illuminating company, they waited around and made sure that even after the illuminating company once again said, ('the issue is not with us") Brandon explained why it had to be, and what he was sure the issue was. And wouldn't you know. Brandon was spot on. Weld shop back up and running thanks to Mr. Electric and their team. I cannot express the level of gratitude for Brandon sticking around (which they did not have to do) in order to explain what he had found to the utility company, insuring they left no stone upturned before leaving. Top notch company!

Mr. Electric came through yet again with prompt, professional and expedient service. With the exception of the new ceiling fan and lighting you could not tell the technician had been here.
