Mr. Hero, Cleveland OH

I went in and filled out a job application, and ordered 50 dollars worth of food.the ladies there were busy in the back talking about personal issues, I didnt get all my food, the lady at the register was doing her job the others were not.disappointed.

Great service, quick fast and easy to order:) I have always loved their Chicken Philly with a large cheese cup and a large wafer fry.yum

First visit and I have to say the man who was cooking the meats was the same man that was serving the sandwiches. He was placing the RAW meats on the grill and then using the same GLOVES to touch the breads and condiments I will never eat there. Health Inspectors need to check out this establishment. Zero Stars here.

Have had bad experiences here but hey I'm lazy & started going back. Orders have been correct & the food good since I been back. I get roman burgers, cheese steaks & original Italian subs.

I so love this place to eat from. The food is excellent. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. You have a good choice of food to choose from and it's always freshly made and how you want it. I don't think anyone would be disappointed in eating at Mr. Hero.

Bought 4 ROMAN BURGERS JOHN AT THE PURITAS STORE LAID THOSE SANDWICHES OUT HE WAS BY HIMSELF THANKS JOHN

This Mr. Hero is fast. I ordered my usual: hot buttered steak and waffle fries. This took about 10 minutes max! The food is great and it beats the usual fair of greasy burgers and fries. My only recommendation is to get two cheeses with the small order of fries. It's just the right amount and it's fun food!

Delicious food, quick service, and ive grown up eating there. Unfortunately their prices have gobe up with inflation. So i stick to a smaller meal.

I have been coming hear for 4 years now. Amit his father and John are always kind and get the food done fast. Love the food

We like Roman burgers This Mr. Hero's is clean and staff are friendly. They make the best Roman burgers. I would recommend this restaurant to others. Enjoy!
