Mr. Hero, Lakewood OH

I always thought the staff was personable, usually they have tons of personality and a sense of neighborly loyalty. Great place if you ask me the females that work there always look professional too.

I had a large Roman Burger and a large cheese steak with onions and mushrooms and oh my God it's delicious and it was really fast, great job

I don’t eat much Fast Food. But I love my Roman Burgers. I have been served by this exceptional person in the past. But after yesterday I have to leave a review. You don’t get good Customer Service like this. He’s tall and handsome and should probably be in a suit. However he’s the best customer service I’ve had anywhere. What he does for a living cannot be compared to anything because you can tell he’s on it. I went across the street for a shake after ordering my food. When I came back this nice gentleman was waiting. I didn’t get in the door hood and he handed me my sandwich. I just wanted to give kudos to this restaurant I’ve always received good service here. And please keep up the good work. Yah’s blessings to you all.

Relatively quick and organized, unlike many others.

Food was good restaurant looked very clean however there was someone that ordered without a mask and was served without a mask

Huge sign in window says 4.50 for cheese steak, mine cost 5.75 bte was 6.75, did NOT get the bte I paid for. Good fries and cheese, $ though

I was transferred from another Mr. Heroes to this one and by far better food and better communication with the Boss and his Wife. We have changed our time of closing to 8: 30pm instead 8: 00pm

Food sucks and how did I order different sizes paid more but all my sandwiches were the same size? No extra meat but paid for it never. Staff is antisocial but clean place so gave atleast 2 stars

Place is extremely clean, owner cooked my Roman Burger and it was fantastic. Definitely the cleanest best service and beyond what you'd expect. Home run! This guy will be successful for a long time!

I ordered my food & sat down to eat. Not even 1/2 way through my sandwich, an employee approached & told me they were closing & I had to leave. When I got out to my vehicle, I discovered that I had almost 10 minutes before closing time. I'll never go there again.

You might like the food but the owner / grill cook does not know to speak with respect towards customers

It was intimidating to walk into such a dark lit fast food restaurant, but the food was actually yummy and my service was great!

I only order the Roman Burger combo and get cheese with fries. It is a little more pricey than most fast food, but is is always fresh.

Got 2 gyros and a zesty bacon Swiss sub. The sub was perfect but the gyros were terrible so much watery sauce it ripped my bag from it leaking so much. A lot of lettuce and soggy tomatoes. I just shared my sub with my kids instead.

This is my favorite Mr hero in the area. Always come to this spot. Clean, great staff. Awesome food
