I bought a 10 inch cheese steak for my wife, I got home and they gave me a roman burger I gave been yelled and screamed at like a child, she has till april to live this all sbe wanted. I will. Not go there again. Thanks
Since the place changed hands, so much has improved. Very clean, no one smokes. The last owners would smoke at the front door. Last thing I want is to walk through smoke before I eat. The food seems better also.
Food was much, much better than other Mr. Hero's I've been to recently. Fast, and friendly service. I'll definitely be back soon. Highly recommended.
I though l was eating horse meat. I have eaten it before in other countries. I love romine burger's. This one really sucked. The meaina franchise has changed for the worst. I am so sad.
I think I'm a little bit spoiled because I'm used to fast food being fast but I guess with this it's a little different but the wait is always substantial when I go to Mr heroes. It's good don't get me wrong and you get a lot of food for the price it's just it seems like it takes quite a while to make your food. But again probably spoiled because I'm used to drive-throughs. Good service good food greasy but good:)
Even after the new ownership the quality of the food has stayed the same.
