Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Greater Cincinnati

This company is the worst in Cincinnati. They did not finish the job although the company paid for services. The drain was clogged and remained clogged after they left. Then fraudulently posted unpaid balance to the credit reporting bureaus against an employee and totally screwed up their credit Look up Hamilton County Court Case Against them Case Number A2303881 Avoid them like a Plague.

Needed an emergency plumber for a leaky toilet valve. Someone came to our house within an hour. Very good service and solved the problem. Some plumbing companies advertise they provide emergency service, but it turns out they only do it during normal business hours. Would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

Terrible terrible customer service and performance. Installation was performed to guarantee future flooding! What a joke! Breach of contract! Contract says metal is to be replaced and it was smashed with excavator and left full of holes! Drain line in the middle of the window, did someone really think this was done correctly? Contract says to replace window well metal. Was not done.

Btw they have been called to fix this, they came back to fix their work and dumped a bag of gravel in the well and called it a day!

Response from company is laughable. Your company does have unhappy customers. You came out 3 times to do a job guaranteed to be done in 1 day. You lied to a senior widow. You didn’t come back to correct the service until I called you and told you that you had 24 hrs to fix the problem or the bank was being called to pull funding. No phone calls, no follow ups, someone showed up and finally completed the contract after threats of legal action had to be made. You did not reduce the price to compensate for unacceptable work either.

It’s awful that I had to step in to get you to do what you promised. I paid for her consultation so I felt responsible for the awful work that you performed.

If anyone asks, I will always say call anyone but Mr Rooter. They take advantage of seniors and their work sucks!

Latest update. Josh wants us to take the pics of their workmanship down without compensating for all of their lies and terrible work. This review is the only reason that they fixed the job! They wouldn’t fix it when a senior citizen called in to complain. Josh refused to. He lied to her and told her it was fixed and those pics are his “fixed photos”

Be ware of this company. They lie. Call anyone else but them!

Update: the refund we were guaranteed was not performed. Pathological liars. They have had several months for it to “show up” and it has not. Choose any other company to help you except for this one. Buyer beware, they pray on seniors to exploit!

Super expensive, ridiculously overpriced company. Do your research first and find an alternative bid to compare, before you commit and say yes.

If you ever have a plumbing problem, this is THE place to go to get it fixed! Took care of my outside water faucets and a leaky shower. Kept the work area clean, friendly fast service, and amazing prices! I was dreading the bill and was floored by how affordable it ended up being. I'll never go anywhere else!

Called at 5pm and DeShawn was here by 6pm. He was knowledgeable and explained how and what he was going to do. I have limited mobility and he took the time to make sure my garage door was secured before he left. He went above and beyond to get the drain open and working again. I will request him the next time! Excellent work.

Our bathtub drain pipe, which was embedded in concrete above our dining room, burst. We were told that we would need to jackhammer our bathroom floor out to get to it. Then Eric arrived, and knew how to get to the pipe from below. It took him two days, when we feared it may take several weeks. He was great and did the job in the time and at the same cost as he initially quoted. We went from having a very bad accident to a very positive experience. Thanks, Eric!

DeShawn came out and cleared my main sewer line. He was knowledgeable and shared his knowledge with me. Explained the services offered including the warranty service of 3 years with one free clearing should it occur again. Also, scheduled a camera man to evaluate any damages underground from tree roots. I'm very satisfied with his professionalism and recommend him for work.

Robert Jones, the technician, showed up at my residence and looked at what I wanted done and came up with quotes for the job. He kept the house clean and performed the job very well. He used good quality parts and did a wonderful job.

Deshawn Gay (service technician) was excellent in fixing the plumbing problem. He was very professional, responsive, and on time to my house. Deshawn made sure the repair had no leaks and said if there are any problems do not hesitate to call the company. Love his customer service which is an asset to the company.

Just cleared the drain in my kitchen which took less than 1 hour and required no parts. They charged me over $1000! Ridiculous!

DeShaun, the technician who provided service, was excellent. He was professional, courteous, very thorough in assessing the problem with our clogged toilet, and efficient in resolving it. He also provided estimates for issues we might encounter in the future. We were very pleased with his service.

We were very satisfied with the prompt and excellent service. We will definitely call them again for plumbing services.

On time. Very courteous. Unable to do job on first visit, (it was New Years day) but made sure I was on the schedule for the next day. Excellent job. Pricey, but isn't most things nowadays.

Richard worked with us to find where our problem was and helped set us up to get a new clean out installed. He walked us through what our options were, and set up a team to get everything cleared up within a few days.

The installation crew with Tex and Kenny were OUTSTANDING. They helped identify some major issues that had existed before we purchased our house. They were a blast to work with and even took time to engage with our 4 curious kids. They were able to get us up and flowing again in short order.
