The technician arrived 19 hours after my service time window. He was courteous and professional and cleared my drain line in about 30 minutes

I was pleased with the service I received from Rob at Mr. Rooter. He arrived at the time scheduled (which was within 24 hours of the original call), he had all of the components required to do the job, completed all of the work in a timely manner without the need for supervision, and solved the issues we had called him to fix. Additionally, Rob made a few adjustments to another toilet which we had been having issues with, which was very much appreciated. Thanks Rob!

We had a misunderstanding, in that I opted for Jetting vs Snaking. So almost an hour later we came to that understanding & he switched to the Jet service. Though, he had to Snake more (pulling out quite a bit of roots) after Jetting couldn't clear the clog.

While disappointed they found a blockage that requires digging to replace some/a broken tile, I'm trying to decide if I can afford paying for the work.

I appreciate David's work & Nick's detailed explanation after viewing the camera inspection.

I also appreciate NO PRESSURE from Nick to decide about underground repairs. This is regarding Mr Rooter's 14 day period of applying some of the $1016 cleaning charge against the repair quote.

I did have difficulty understanding the actual amount charged to my credit card (thinking it would be less) which I attribute to the original misunderstanding (changing the original service order to Jetting) & therefore somewhat surprised the total was over $1000.

As compared to a Roto Rooter estimate, I felt much more confident with Mr Rooter's approach & that is why I went w/them.

Free estimates are very nice.
Carl was respectful to both house and my wife and I.
He went above and beyond answering questions.
Through out my life I’ve been looking for honest dependable plumbers.

Frank White fixed our problem (clog from house to street) quickly and professionally. Pricey but worth it. Give a senior discount for us old geezers. Give Frank White a raise to help him put his daughter through medical school. If she is as conscious as Frank she will make a good doctor.

The technician did not show up in the time frame of the appointment and when going to get parts took an hour when the store was 10 minutes down the road. The job was done well but at a ridiculous price for the amount of work that was performed and the time in which it took. Flat rates can be beneficial for a large job, I understand, but in this case 700 dollars to hook up a battery back up for a sump pump (~ 20 minutes) seems unreasonable and not well classified within the job rating system.

Mr. Rooter is always great. Pricey, but when you cannot fixit yourself or even get to a store, they are a lifesaver.

Absolutely terrible and found out extra charges were charged for them to do the job, so be prepared to pay more than told- was told one price still was charged more without being told then called and was given excuses why they added extra charges

Dj came out installed a gas line for my stovewas very professional explained everything he was doinv and did and excellent job id reference them anytime for work

They give you advance notice when they will arrive and were very professional. Most importantly they were able to unclog our drain

Thank you to Mike Dicaro for his Professional and quality work in installing a new gas water heater after the old one sprung a leak. Mike was timely and thorough in seeing the job to a successful completion. Mr. Rooter is fortunate to have this gentleman on their staff.
