We discovered that we needed an extensive job done. Jerrod (project director) had told us that it would be a 2-3 day job. At the time, I had no idea what all would be involved. So, true-to-form, I started asking questions. Jerrod was ALWAYS polite, friendly, and accommodating. This job required quite a bit of upheaval to our yard. I had to be away from the house, but got a call that the job was done. I was astounded, in that they had just started today. Anyway, extra workers had been assigned and it was a “wrap. ” Honestly, I was apprehensive of seeing my yard, but when I got home, I couldn’t believe the clean up that was done, or the care that had been taken to put my yard back together as neatly and carefully as possible. THIS was done at the hand of Andrew, who takes GREAT pride in his work. For quality of work, thoroughness, professionalism, friendliness, character, people-skills - and being an all around great company with outstanding employees - Mr. Rooter can’t be beat. (They handle other work for our organization and we have nothing but praise!)

We were in desperate need of plumber We just had company arrive for the week. Our kitchen drain was stopped up and we needed to use it right away. Bryan and Jason went way beyond the norm to unclog our drain. The clog was super stubborn and it took several attempts but they got it cleared. They both were very courteous and professional. Everything was great, from the first call and getting the new water heater installed the next day and on time was most excellent, the tech were very efficient and knowledgeable about the whole process, and walking through the steps to maintain and safety precautions. We used mr.rooter a a few years ago because of a clog in our downstairs bathroom. We were told the only way to fix our issue was to have our back yard drilled and have some type of flush out in. I was Assured this problem would be fixed by doing this. The same clog happened a year later and we were able to snake it out thinking it was a fluke. We recently had the same clog and got an opinion with a second company and was told the original issue were the pipes behind the bathroom. Mr. Rooter didn’t even check the pipes behind the bathroom when they came out and apparently we worked with a sales manager who was only trying to sell us their new product. I wouldnt Recommend this company, at the the very least get a second opinion. We ended up spending thousands of dollars to end up with the same isssue that was never even checked… they were so focused on making a sell
