Matt was amazing! We had l bad leak coming from the ceiling in the basement. We actually had another person come check out the leak but wasnt clear where the leak was coming from. Matt went straight to the leak downstairs and instantly knew it was coming from the kitchen fridge upstairs. I highly reccommend Matt! He did a awsome job! They did the job, the pricing could be more transparent, the $95 clean out special was $195. DeShawn was our tech and he is very professional and polite.

We had been calling around to multiple pluming companies for over 12 hours, and everyone was claiming to be too busy to help. We had a drain blockage and were unable to use the restroom or run any water in our house. We decided to give Mr. Rooter a try, they had a tech out to us in about an hour!
