Edward was very professional friendly and was comfortable with my dog. Explained everything he was doing and why. Told me the things that I would need to do in the near future with my water heater.

The representative was prompt. Figured out the degree of my issues quickly and went straight to work replacing my hot water heater. He was very informative keeping me updated as he went along on the project and very personable and easy to talk to.

These guys were amazing! I've never had plumbers so friendly, conscientious and who kept me informed of their progress! Plumbers I have had before have left my home in an ungodly mess, Jacob and Keenan made great effort to respect my property and maintain cleanliness! I will never use anyone else after this! Thank you SO much!

Everyone was professional, I liked that they always said my name, very fast and efficient service and I want to especially thank Rick who went above and beyond for me I will definitely recommend Mr. Rooter!

Responded quick, charged $675 for a ten minute "hydro flush". Main line plugged up again because line was broken. Came out again and diagnosed that line was broken.

Quoted a total of $8750 to fix, did it myself for 1.5 hours of labor and about $50 in parts. These guys are openly shameless on what they want to charge. If you are desperate and helpless, watch out.

Can not say they are crooks - just ruthless. Not that your problem will not be fixed, but these guys are under huge corporate pressure, not going to make any common sense desisions in the customer's best interst - just the way it is.just very sad.

We have used Mr. Rooter for 2 plumbing repairs and to run a gas line for a new gas dryer. Their work has also been good with fair prices

Tech (Jacob) gave us a quote, which we accepted and, to our surprise, we could get it done that day! He was very friendly and thorough. He didn't mind answering any questions we had. Mr Rooter has always done good work and it's done right. Highly recommend them.

My original appointment was cancelled leaving us without a shower. However, they moved up my rescheduled appointment for the next day. The service guy was very professional and informative. Happy with the service once we got it!

Robert did a great job of cleaning out my kitchen drain. We had water backing up in our kitchen sink and I did everything I could do to clean out the drain. The kitchen drain is working great again! Great job!

This is the second time Edward has been out. First time on Christmas Eve for frozen pipes and this time for a hose bib repair. Always on time and pleasant. They are good about calling ahead and giving you a realistic window when they will be there. Very professional and satisfied with workmanship.

Called early in the morning to replace some valves and fittings leaking by my water meter in the basement. They came out and had the project done by 11am the same day. I am very appreciative of the speedy response and fix.

Quick response when others didn’t bother to even return my call. Thorough job along with a camera inspection after the blockage was cleared. They had the equipment that a typical plumbing company would not normally have on hand. The ONLY criticism I had was that the cost was not only much more than I expected, but quite a bit out of line…was able to reduce the cost by $100. A one year guarantee helped me swallow the pill a bit though.
