Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers, Fairlawn OH

Went to my appointment for an oil change on 8/3/22. After paying almost double my usual price there, my oil censor light came on 2 weeks later, saying oil change due. Went to another mechanic & found that the oil & filter had never been changed! Not happy after spending $50, which is more than I usually am charged, to only find out they didn't do it. Save your time and money, go elsewhere. They further said I needed additional repairs when I had two second opinion on the same issue they said needed fix and found no repair was needed.

It was an excellent experience. I was towed in on a Saturday night. She contacted me by nine and I had four new tires and an alignment by noon. Excellent service and, after checking, a fair and reasonable price. I'll definitely be back.

Stay far away. Overpriced. They lie about tire repair warranty. I got my back tire patched up in Florida for $20, but this place won't fix it, even though I got the tire from them. They only want you to buy a new tire. The staff is full of it. Then they mark up the tires they have on them, because you need one right away. Stay far away. I will never come here again. Even the tow guy said I still have a good amount of time on my flat tire to be repaired. The employees at Mr. Tire are untruthful.

Lydia and all of the techs were great! Lydia was very helpful for tire quotes and getting me what i needed for my exhaust replacement. 10/10 service!

They were able to get me in last minute and got my car all fixed up quickly. Communicated well and made sure I understood exactly what was being done to my vehicle before they did it.

Worst customer service ever! Called to make appointment for new tires and was told they cannot order tires unless I come in - in person. So I drive 30 minutes to come into store and showed the person at the counter what tire I needed from the Mr. Tire website. I was told they cannot be ordered.

I asked why were they were listed on the company website and she said “that is not my problem and I cannot get you those tires”

Company should be called Mr. Terrible Service. Please do not provide any business to this location as it will only promote additional poor customer service.

Needed a brake check. They not only checked the brakes but looked over the whole car for me as well. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service and knowledgeable staff. I went in to patch a tire and realized I also needed an oil change. They were able to fit me in for both the day of.

The fan was making all kinds of noise after they replaced the air filter. And the car pulls to the right after the new tires were put on.

Couldn’t have been better this morning for a last minute set of tires, Lydia and her team were quick and straight to the point. I will return for future services and recommend this spot to anyone in a time crunch.

This will be the 2nd time having my tire replaced, they are quick and very friendly, even told me about another issue my car was having but were honest about it not necessarily needing replaced. Will keep using them again.

Been here many times. Great service, Lydia pays very close attention to my needs. (Even if I cant describe the problem) she finds the issue quickly! And it’s always in and out quickly! Will always reccomend!

I stopped in for a tire repair when I was turned away from another place up and the street The nail was causing my tire to lose air extremely fast, the service was friendly and quick (under 30minutes) and in my opinion reasonably priced.
