Had an issues with my rear tires not holding air. Took them in and Zach looked them over, found the problem and had me back on the road in no time. Great customer service!

I noticed a screw in my tire on Saturday a little before 5pm. I went to Mr. Tire on Main St.and they we booked through the next day. I called a few other locations and sister stores and no body could get me in. Finally I called the Mr. Tire on Fulton road and spoke to the assistant manager, Zach. He was able to get me in immediately. He met me in the parking lot, ready to take my car into the shop. I showed him the screw and mentioned that I thought another tire possibly had a slow leak. After taking my car, they determined that the screw punctured my tire in a location that was not repairable and they needed to replace that tire. The other tire did have a slow leak, it had a small sliver of metal, shorter than the width of a quarter. Zach brought it to show my husband and I and we were shocked that he even found it.

I am amazed at the level of service provided by Zach and his service technician that were there Saturday. The speed of the service was outstanding. I have never had such a great experience having any maintenance done on my vehicle. 10/10, I would give over 5 stars if possible.

Took 2022 jeep gladiator for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. Let me start by saying it was scheduled for Sunday at 11: 00AM. And we said we'd pick it up Monday morning, well it didn't even get started on till Monday morning. Oil change was over 110$ which imo is a little steep on price. They never called and advised about the alignment and just didn't do it because they said their alignment tooling wouldn't fit in the stock rims and tires from the factory. The front tires are showing wear.their paperwork says complimentary tire rotation which got failed to be done also. Called and asked about the rotation and why it didn't get done, they claim the better tires should stay on the back.claim the tires will wear like that because they are an off-road tire. And at that I they are an off-road tire but they are not aggressive tread by any means.is that not the point of tire rotations to help with even wear of all four tires! Very disappointed and will not be back. I advise people to go to Flynn's tire in north Canton much more professional personnel.

I came in a few hours before closing during the weekend with a last minute mounting and balancing of 4 tires. John was extremely helpful and had my tires back to me within an hour and a half. Great guys and awesome service!

They put in the wrong oil. My oil cap clearly states 5w 20. They put in 5w30. Luckily it won’t hurt my car. The simple fact is nobody checked nobody took the time to look! I will not be back. Each mr tire is not created equal. By far the worst one I’ve been to. You can smile and be friendly but if your techs can’t handle a simple oil change. If customers don’t pay attention it will lead to damaged cars. I called to tell them but only option is to bring it back and redo it. I don’t trust them to redo it and make more damage. And for 80 dollars I shouldn’t have to. Wish I could get my money back for waste of time. I miss my guys in Brunswick location. These ones are a bunch of scam artists with smiling faces.

Ever since Tyler Burke left this location has gone downhill. If you go here for anything other than an oil change they will attempt to take advantage of you and scam you.

Had two bent rims. I called on a Sunday and they were able to get me in almost immediately. Then they come out tell me they were able to repair it and there would be no charge. Awesome. I have gone here on and off since when they were Terry's Tire Town. I have always had a good experience. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

The staff stayed 2.5 hours past closing to repair my brakes, and I was given an excellent deal on my transaction. The best garage I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

I went there for a noise in my front end the said they couldn’t find anything it turned out my wheelbaring and sway bar links where bad I wouldn’t recommend any mr tire

I usually do my due diligence and price check. This was not the case this time, I realized after the fact how that I was taken for double what others charge. Grossly over priced. My own fault for letting it happen.

Probably my 4th or 5th experience dealing with this location of Mr. Tire and they are always so helpful and knock it out of the park! I have taken 3 separate cars for tire installation, alignments, swapping of winter tires, and repairs for patching and it has always been a positive experience. Always courteous on the phone and get me in for appts promptly.
