DO NOT take your vehicle to Heisley Tire & Brake. I took my car there for brake job & after driving 20 miles my check engine light came on. (Maybe just coincidence) I was told
They'll diagnose it. (Two days later) they said
It was EVAP.leak code p0456 (small) quoted
$1290 for replacing fuel pump.
My fuel pump isn't bad! (Why do that?) Not to
Mention who's gonna drop there fuel tank to
Check if the job was done. I said "no thanks"
Picked up my car.tried to fill it with gas but the gas pump kept clicking off. (Vapor leak)
When I went to a respectable shop. I was told
Someone disconnected my hose and plugged
My vent valve solenoid. ($100 diagnosis).
DO NOT. DO NOT go to Heisley Tire & Brake.

It costs to get second opinion but saved me from paying $1290 for unnecessary repair.

Get some type of warranty for work done
I don't even have any proof of parts used
Could be NAPA- Wal-mart or junkyard?
Ask for your old parts back (you bought them)

DON'T GO TO Heisley Tire & Brake. I warned you.

I won't go anywhere else for tire service due to Jim and team's service. Would give more stars if possible. Always fast professional service with no hassle.

Overcharge for half a job. These guys hit me at almost 1000 bucks for breaks. They are horrible. They are just a squeaky mess. They also left me with a thudding noise that wasn’t there before. Something is clearly flopping around, not attached correctly.

I would absolutely locate a different mechanic. I’ll never go back.

Excellent service and friendly staff, not to mention very clean reception area and work bays! We had to replace all 4 tires on my car and when the shop accidentally put the ones we ordered onto another similar car, Jim made it right by giving us 4 higher brand tires and discounting the price to make up for the error. He also fixed us up with a rebate for the new tires. He was completely honest and open with us, and the job was performed exceptionally and with the highest quality. Will definitely return to this business for our automotive needs.

Hands down best experience getting new tires installed.

This is a great shop. They hooked me up with tires for my CRV and my wife's Honda Civic. I was having issues with my CRV shaking and they found it to be an issue with my breaks and fixed it and had me on the road the next day. Highly recommend this place fair and honest.

I've been coming here since I moved to the area. For oil changes but also any repairs. They are fair and I can always get an appointment when I need one. My serpentine belt flew off while I was driving the other day and I was still able to get an appointment even with the holidays. I would definitely recommend these guys.
