The guys at Mr. Tire have been great to me on purchasing my new set of tires and getting them aligned. They have also helped me with my wheel bearing after the replacement because it was wobbling

This place is amazing. Prices are reasonable and they treat you kindly. Peter provided great customer service, will definitely be returning for tire needs.

Great price and honest/great service. They did not try to overprice me and gave me the proper price.

Terrible service. I came for an oil leak and now my car is damaged because they didn’t put my tires on tight enough. My life was almost in danger on the interstate luckily I felt my tire shaking. Not to mention I had to bring my car back after picking it up because they put some things on the wrong way. Mr. Tire has poor customer service and handle business unprofessionally. No email to document what is going on the few times I’ve been servicing with them for the last 2 weeks. I will never go here again

I can’t thank these guys enough! The night before thanksgiving and we ended up with a flat tire. Everywhere was closed or closing These guys stayed after hours until I got there to fix my tire. I highly recommend them.

I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. After I got the car back and drove it home, I noticed 2 of the hubs caps had fallen off during the drive. I found one not far from my house (damaged from falling off), but the other one was lost. I brought the one I had found back to the shop and explained the situation. The manager informed me that the tech hadn’t properly secured the hub cap back on, which led to it falling off. But then proceeded to tell me that he wasn’t going to replace it. So now I have one damaged and one missing hub cap on my car after getting a routine oil change and tire rotation. Mr. Tire has demonstrated a very poor level of customer service, and I certainly won’t be returning for any other further services.

Where do I start. The customer service is so amazing. They bailed me out of a jam. I needed a tire taken care of last minute before they closed. They took care of it for me when no other shop cared to help me out. So amazing I will be doing my tire business through MR. Tire.

Helped me fix technical difficulties with my Volkswagen. I couldn't figure out how to reset my oil change. Nice gentleman fixed it with no charge I'm very happy thank you:)

I had a donut tire put on due to waking up with a flat this morning. I wanted to see if they would patch my tire for me. Gary was our mechanic and he was so nice and informative to me and my mother. He let me know there was no hole in my tire and he did a bead filling around my rim no charge and my car is running like new! All he asked was for a review and wished us well! Thanks so much Gary you’re a life saver!

Patched my tire in under 15 minutes and was so easy to work with, cannot recommend enough!

Very helpful and friendly staff! They listened to all my concerns on the phone and upon arrival and looked over everything thoroughly to make sure everything was good and safe for my car.

Mounted a set of four tires. One of the tires had a slow leak. Took the wheel off and brought it up to have it checked, employees told me the shop was closed Sunday despite Sunday hours being posted online. What kind of employees show up on Sunday to NOT work? Brought the tire in today shortly after they opened, came back in the afternoon and they didn't even look at it but lied and said they did. Both times I was in, the place was a ghost town, with no customer cars in the bays or in the parking lot and one employee playing games on his phone in the corner. I just took the tire back so I can find a competent shop that knows how to mount a tire properly.

UPDATE: Second tire shop confirmed the first shop was lying. When confronted for a refund, the guy at Mr. Tire started screaming at me and attempted to physically assault me. Corporate says a district manager *may* call me back tomorrow.

UPDATE 1 YEAR LATER: No action whatsoever from Mr. Tire corporate. Shady, shady company.

I was having constant issues with my Jeep. The guys here were really helpful, nice, and patient. And they are open late and on weekends which is really helpful and accommodating especially if your car breaks down on a Friday afternoon.
