Super helpful and didn't try and talk to me into a bunch of services I didn't need. I will be coming here from now on for my tire services. And probably when my brakes need done as well.

I’d have to say from start to finish I was advised about everything that was being done to my car.

Got a Chunk of steel in our tire of our 2021 jeep Cherokee. My husband looked all over stark county for either getting the tire fixed or a set of new tires.
The staff at this Mr Tire was exceptional to work with. Got my husband the tires he wanted and when we came in for the appointment they had the tires on in no time!

I would highly recommend using them and we will use them in the future if needed.

Brian is straight forward and extremely helpful every time I go. Brian is the best employee. 10/10 would recommend.

These guys at this location are absolutely awesome! Very honest and won’t sell you what you don’t need. There are super friendly and take care of veterans! Gives me a little hope in humanity.

Brian, the manager of this location, can't be trusted. After bad mouthing Mike, the manager at Hartville location, Brian did the exact same thing he accused Mike of doing. Brian stated that he used to work with Mike at Hartville, and Mike was known for cheating customers, marking up prices, adding things that weren't needed. How ironic, that is exactly what Brian did on my return visit!

I would never take my business to Brian again. Watch this guy closely! If he thinks he can get one over on his customers, he will!

I was able to get my service elsewhere for HALF the cost!

Brian and team were so helpful, kind, efficient. I needed two tires replaced fairly quick, so the walk in option was extremely convenient. I waited maybe 30 minutes total and was checked out. I will definitely be back. Thank you all so much!

I had a tire blow out on 77 with my kids in the car. I get a ride to Walmart where I was told they could sell me a tire but could not put it on my rim until tomorrow. We then frantically try to find a place that can and will. After 5 or 6 places turning me down we go to Mr. Tire on Portage in North Canton and received the best service ever. Not only did he squeeze me in he had us out the door in about 10 mins. Thank you!

I always come to this Mr. Tire. They price match to get me the best price. I love how quick and efficient, my car is always on time or early. This store is outstanding.

Brian is the reason I will keep coming back. His attention to detail is remarkable. I always know that when Brian is there, quality service will be first and foremost job one.

We will definitely be coming here from now on! The waiting area is clean and the staff is very knowledgeable, honest, polite, friendly and professional. We had previously gotten tires from Sam's Club. We we're having some issues and took it there to see what the problem was. Sam's checked the tires and balanced them, claiming they were just off balance and the tires were still in pretty good condition. We left there and the problem persisted so we took it here, trying to get to the bottom of the situation! We worked with Mark Clelland, and he told us that the tires were bad and basically junk. So we replaced the tires and it completely fixed the issue! They also replaced our brakes and rotors. The prices I feel are quite reasonable and fair! And I'm happy to say it's like driving a new vehicle! I'd recommend them to everyone!

Went to get a front passenger side headlight bulb replaced that was out on my 2013 Chrysler 200 touring light worked just fine in the headlight but my front grill was cracked by the mechanic at the shop an not repaired. Will not be back

Good service, purchased new tires and got a $200.00 rebate.
They also had a coupon online for a $29.00 oil change. Been there.
Done that. In and out pretty quick.

Brian the manager is amazing! He has great people and communication skills, he genuinely cares and isn’t just trying to make money, and Is a natural born mechanic with tons of knowledge. It seems he has used those skills to find great staff as well.

These gentleman helped me out greatly! Thought I had a reoccurring balance issue with my tires, but they noticed a problem with the transmission mount bushings causing the vibration issue I was having Definitely saved me a lot of frustration by finding my issue fast!
