Every time we visit Dayton we have to visit here! One of my favorite places to go! Going back today! Best in the USA!

I ordered a model from MTS and received one with a missing piece (due to the manufaculturer's error). As soon as I called they had a replacement shipped to me and provided a return shipping label to get the defective model back to them. There was no runaround, no endless phone tree to navigate.

Nice place for models and should not get into the card game because I witness a customer being treated poorly when asking about some Pokémon cards and was waiting for the employee for 10 min. To which he was trying get him to wait longer and which he tried to ask the person to call the people that the employee was trying get him wait for. Which he tried to explain he was on a time limit but the employee was not haveing it and the customer in question wasn’t ether to be honest. The store was packed to the brim ands it good place models of all kind and I high recommend it but the “ stars are based on the visit.

Exciting hobby shop with tons of plastic models, including many vintage ones that are hard to find even online (I ended up buying 4. I wish I had more space to bring more home on the plane). All neatly organized by scale and theme.
They also have a huge selection of die cast aircraft for those so interested.
